We had a rest in August - September 2024. Great guest house. The rooms are clean and bright.There is everything you need. It is located in the very center of Gagra city. 5 min walk from the sea. Juliet and Anatoly are very good and kind hosts. Thank you so much for the rest. We will definitely come back to you! 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent guest house- convenient location, large rooms, attentive hosts. I would like to say a huge thank you to Juliet - she is always in touch, ready to help with any issue (from calling a doctor to forgotten things). After 10 days of rest, we felt very comfortable. Many people write about audibility- yes, it exists, but it also exists in any other house, somewhere in the south or in their apartment, house, etc. We had 2 rooms and both were clean (we didn't see mold, etc.), we always did wet cleaning and changed the bed and towels on request. If you go in a great mood and do not find fault with the little things, then I am sure that you will have a great rest in this guest house.

We rested for 2 weeks and were completely satisfied with our vacation!
Apparently people have never rested in wooden houses, but we are people with experience and I can say that we were pleasantly surprised by the audibility. For a wooden house, it is practically absent.
The sweetest hostess, Juliet, met us with an open mind, always goes to a meeting, will help with almost any question.
Rotavirus did not bypass us either, but the hostess brought us a doctor, put on an IV, and the next day everyone was like a cucumber.
Now about the guest house itself.
The location is super convenient, in the very center, 5 minutes to the beach, lots of cafes, canteens and entertainment in the immediate access. At the same time, the territory itself is quiet and, most importantly, has a beautiful view of the mountains.
There have never been any problems with water, there has always been both hot and cold.
The bed and towels are changed without any problems, you just need to ask the maid about it.
Also on the summer veranda there is everything you need - all the dishes, stove, iron, washing machine.
The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, mini fridge, kettle, spacious wardrobe, air conditioning. The beds are comfortable, the bed is clean!
In general, there is everything you need.
And yet, we rested in different hotels and countries, ranging from "sheds" to 5-star hotels.
You just need to understand where you are going and most importantly take a positive attitude with you!
Then the world will be more beautiful)

I was vacationing at the guest house
Oscar is in Gagra with his family. There would have been five of us, occupied by two spacious rooms with all amenities. There is a smell of wood in the rooms.
The bed linen is snow-white, ironed. Towels are changed every three days, bed linen is changed at will. In the courtyard there is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a washing machine and a barbecue area in the courtyard
In general, a wonderful place to relax
The sea is a three-minute walk away, there are many shops and cafes around
We advise everyone! The hosts are friendly.

We had a rest in this house in August, I really didn't want to leave, but everything was booked in advance as some people sign up six months in advance.
A lovely very spacious room with all the amenities inside. Very clean, brand new, cozy.
The house is made of timber, which creates a feeling of a home country holiday . There are only 8 rooms in the house, so there is no feeling of a "human".
The room has a panoramic tinted full-length window with a view of a cozy and very well-maintained house territory.
The rooms on the second floor have access to a wide balcony, it's nice to sit there. The rooms on the ground floor have soft sofas.
A very sweet, kind, responsive and just the nicest woman is the hostess Juliet. He always finds out how things are going , helps if you need something.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the central alley is just a minute away. There are shops , canteens , pharmacies nearby .
Separately, I would like to thank a very pleasant, friendly woman who keeps this house clean . As well as the kitchen and the house territory .
Thanks to such a friendly hostess and a wonderful assistant, this house has a very pleasant atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
During our stay in Gagra, we examined at least 50 houses for sure and I want to say that this is the best option that we have seen in terms of price-quality ratio.
I am sincerely surprised by some of the reviews , we really liked it and personally recommend this option to all adequate guests.

The rooms are very tired .
The mattress is sagging. Laundry with traces of previous tenants, albeit after washing.
The bathroom is terrible - black mold and dampness...
very strong audibility.
Mosquitoes in the room (but this, apparently, was put on), I suffered all night.

I do not recommend staying in this place, especially if you are on vacation with children. It is very dirty, there are ants in the room, the cleaning is nominal (they change the garbage bag in the bathroom), bed linen with blood stains and who knows what else. There is no sound insulation, no thermal insulation either - the room heats up instantly as soon as the air conditioner turns off, and since electricity is often turned off, it is impossible to stay in the room. The territory of the hotel is unkempt. On the plus side: there is a kitchen, but there is dirt everywhere on the shelves, it's not long to go to the beach, but it's not convenient everywhere with a stroller.

I do not advise, there is no sound insulation at all, you can hear soda being opened in the next room, that is, you can hear conversations from passing people from the street, everything in the bathroom is dirty in mold, there is no cleaning, I asked to clean only 1 time in 4 days, the floors are not washed, they just sweep and take out the garbage, that's all, ventilation in the bathroom the room is arranged as follows: there is just a hole in the wall to the street and a fan in it through which mosquitoes fly in flocks, so you need to buy a fumigator yourself, the location of this "hotel" is good near the beach and the embankment, but you will have to walk through dirty backyards, without a sidewalk. The hostess is very good, she tries to smooth out all these shortcomings, but there's nothing you can do about it because the house is cardboard, like some kind of barn. I am attaching a photo
