He immediately gave instructions for physical therapy for feet at home.I liked the fact that they are not trying to impose something, but work as needed and in sequence. The treatment was not prescribed according to the principle of here is a mountain of pills and ointments - buy and be free, as I came across in a regular clinic, namely, all points: 1 physical therapy + 2 physiotherapy + 3 wearing an insole is mandatory. And pills are the most extreme case. In general, I recommend it)

Manufactured orthopedic insoles are complete bullshit, I do not recommend it. They were poorly made, worn out in a couple of months, and they also sat down. Look for something more worthy.
I addressed the problem - arthrosis of the right thumb of the 1-2 degree, formed as a result of injury (there was a sledgehammer). 90% of the time of the consultation, I was advertised insoles with a "non-acidic" price tag of 150 BYN. On the merits of the question, exercises for the development of arthrosis were not shown (go to another methodologist, eventually found the Evdokimenko complex on the Internet), the doctor smoothly evaded the answer about chronoprotectors with MSN. But they gave me a piece of paper that I have arthrosis. The price of the issue is 30BYN (for me, this consultation was not worth more than 5-10BYN).
