Hello, I really liked the guest house, we lived in an apartment. Clean room, kitchen, kettle, microwave, oven, toilet and shower in the room. Everything is clean. There is a warm swimming pool on the territory, well-maintained territory. There is a summer kitchen. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, I had to move out a little earlier, thanks to the hostess for understanding and accepting our situation, she returned the money! I recommend the hotel

Excellent guest house, rooms with modern renovation, air conditioning, a set of terry towels,good used bed linen. Water without interruptions. Very friendly hostess Tatiana. There is a large swimming pool, a summer kitchen, a manual zone on the territory. Ideal for family holidays. I recommend.

Hello. We had a rest in September 2023. We were in Abkhazia for the first time. The sea is clean and warm. The room is cozy, the dining room is nearby. The child loves beets and carrots very much. I asked in the dining room. The chefs reacted immediately. A salad was served. Whatever you want, everything will be prepared. Many thanks to the staff of the canteen, the administrator Karina, Tatiana for the reception. A very pleasant vacation experience. We will definitely come again.

We rested in the Orchid from the end of June to July.With a family of 2 adults and two children.We are very satisfied, our vacation was a great success!I'm still impressed.The rooms are comfortable, a balcony with mountain views,well-maintained territory,there is a barbecue area, a summer equipped kitchen, there is also a bar on site, an excellent swimming pool.There is a dining room on the territory, the food is homemade, we and the children enjoyed eating in it.The staff is all friendly.Administrator Kristina is a very cool girl who will tell you everything and show you.The maids Lana and Milan are good girls, the rooms are clean and tidy.The hostess Tatiana is just great, very hospitable, she will always answer any question.I want to say a huge thank you to everyone!We rested in Gagra for the first time, we are delighted with this beauty of nature, the sea is just super clean.Abkhazia has conquered us.We want to come back next summer, there's a lot more to see. We rested here this summer in July. We liked everything! Very friendly and hospitable hostess, conscientious staff, which makes the room clean and cozy. We had a room with a stunning view of the mountains. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing and admired! Looking at this beauty, there is no doubt that God created all this. Just the book of the Bible Genesis begins with simple but powerful words: “In the beginning God created heaven and earth.” By exploring and noticing God's creations, we can learn more about him.

We had a rest at the Orchid last year in the middle of June. I really liked it! The rooms are clean, they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a room with a stunning view of the mountains. A cozy courtyard, there is a summer kitchen, but we did not use it, as we had breakfast in the dining room, which is on the territory of the guest house. The dining room is very tasty and inexpensive, friendly, friendly staff. There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard, where you can swim not only for children, but also for adults. Special thanks to the hostess Tanyusha, responsible, honest, always helps in everything. To the administrator Julia and the most sociable and sensitive cook Garik, who cooks simply bomb trout on coals, we often remember you all and hope that we will come again! Greetings from Saratov!

A very hospitable hostess. The rooms are no worse than three-star hotels. Really good repair. The bathroom is gorgeous, there is even a hairdryer and it is very clean. The only drawback, if you are driving, will be a parking problem.

We were in June 2021. Everything is just fine! The rooms are clean, all amenities are available, there is a dining room on site (very inexpensive), there is a bar where you can order both shish kebab and trout. There is also a swimming pool on site. The hostess is Tatiana, very friendly (Russian). In short, everything is super! We highly recommend it!

We had a rest in July 2021.The guest house is located next to the mountains.so the view from the 3rd floor balcony was cool.the sea is 10 minutes away across the plain.It was a plus for us.evenings are quiet and without cameras.As stated, the room has 4 beds, air conditioning, shower and toilet.there is a large swimming pool in the courtyard.children don't get out of it.The yard is green and there are many subtropical trees and plants growing.there is a great store nearby and a very tasty dining room.very close location to the city market.We were greeted by a very sweet and wonderful hostess Tatiana.we will come to you again.

We had a rest in August with the children, the rest turned out to be terrible: the road goes through a garbage dump to the sea, logs and garbage float in the sea, a Soviet-era guest house : an old, smelly closet, old feather pillows, etc., they feed poorly in the dining room, an unpleasant, angry woman stands at the distribution, answers questions only with a word not I know there is no discount promised as guests, the food is cold. It is not profitable to sleep at night, because the owner's dog barks all night. I understand that the reviews are positive, otherwise I would never have come to this guest house with the children.

I had a rest in July of the 21st year. It's a long way to the sea, no 7 minutes there. There are a lot of mosquitoes, I turned on 2 fumigators at night. It is impossible to sleep. 3 service dogs are in enclosures. You won't be able to sleep at night. They bark all night until morning. The pool is dirty and not cleaned at all! The canteen is disgusting. The food is tasteless and dirty. That's probably where she caught the rotovirus. For 2100 you can find much better conditions. I remember it as a ruined vacation. Don't get fooled by these laudatory reviews! I don't understand at all how anyone can like it in this filthy hellhole. Cleaning is paid in the room. 200 rubles. or get out yourself. The mattress springs against the back. A cheap shameful number. I really regret that I bought into the advertising and false reviews about this "hole"!

We had a rest in June. It's a wonderful place. Clean, cozy, inexpensive. The hostess is super!!! I met and saw them off as my own people. There is a dining room and a shop on site, tasty and affordable. If you are going to Gagra, then I advise you to stay here, just do not be disappointed.
