This is not a hotel, but a residential complex with the infrastructure of a 5-star hotel. Everything is great here and the location is great, but short-term rental in Turkey is practically impossible by law (there are a lot of requirements that are difficult to fulfill). This is a risk for both the landlord and the tenant. Today, I would recommend to take a closer look at rest in hotels. It is certainly more expensive, but there is no risk of eviction and heavy fines.

I really liked the place, the territory is large, but very cozy, everything is well zoned: residential complex, swimming pools, barbecue area, sports.a gym, etc. Nearby there are shops and cafes, a pharmacy and a market. The sea is a maximum of 500 meters away. I plan to come back and stay here for a long time.🤞🙏

A wonderful residential complex with everything you need for a comfortable vacation!There is a hammam, 2 swimming pools, a gym, a massage room, a tennis court and a place to play table tennis.The territory of the complex is well maintained, lots of flowers!

We love this sieve very much! A pleasant lounge area, children's and adult pools, slides are open on schedule. 10 minutes walk to the sea. The city beach is great, there are cafes and toilets, changing rooms, showers.

Luxury residential complex
The complex has everything: a cafe, a pool with slides, a hammam and a sauna, a gym, a spa, a barbecue, free and fast Wi-Fi
I'm sure there's more, but I don't know yet.
There is also a private sandy beach. There are a lot of shops at the exit of the residential complex. Orion City is located near the center of Avsalar (which is extremely convenient, since all shops, hairdressers, etc. are located in the center)
I definitely recommend it)

Excellent residential complex! Swimming pool, sauna for owners and guests. Barbecue gazebos (must be booked). Beautiful well-maintained territory. Protected area. There are shops and cafes nearby. The beach is 600 meters away

There were 5 people from September 13 to September 27... the apartment was 2+1 with a balcony overlooking the basik... the apartment is nice... It's close to the sea... The territory is just super... they take care of the plants... the pool is clean...We played billiards and table tennis... we steamed in the sauna and of course went downhill... I recommend it to everyone... I didn't want to fly away🤗
