We stayed at this hotel from March 29 to March 31, 2025. We were completely satisfied. The perfect price-quality ratio. The location is convenient - relatively close to the center, near an ecopark, a grocery store Basket. The room is nice - very clean, hairdryer, TV - everything is available. The toilet has underfloor heating. Breakfast is included in the price. It was delicious. In two nights, they gave away 7,100 for two people. We booked on the Island. We settled in without any problems. They have an early check-in option, if anyone needs it.

In principle, everything is not bad. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The guest will have the right number of towels, slippers, a hygiene kit, including a toothbrush. It is very good that free breakfasts are included, the cent is also comfortable. The only thing is that the beds are a little hard, for an amateur) Well, and the curtain in the bathroom is too short, it doesn't reach the floor, so no matter how hard you try, it will pour a little by. We stayed at the hotel from January 19 to January 25, 2017. A cozy hotel with a courtyard. Clean and cozy, simple rooms, Underfloor heating. The big + is a balanced hot breakfast. Quiet place, no car noise. I liked everything very much. The room has a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. There is a large samovar with boiling water and a microwave in the kitchen - you can always arrange a snack and drink tea. The metro station is a 15-minute walk away, the metro station has a bank with a normal money exchange rate, and the nearest Korzinka store is an 8-minute walk away. There is a large park nearby. We liked it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The cook is a very nice girl, she tries to give delicious and varied meals to the hotel guests.

It's a great place. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle. Excellent breakfasts, good repair, comfortable beds.Clean, no problem with hot water. Helpful, friendly staff. I can't figure out the location relative to the metro, we traveled by taxi. Yandex Plus generally works great at the end of the trip.

The hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean, cleaned regularly. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV. I liked the warm heated floors in the bathroom. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. The only disadvantage for those who are not on their own wheels is that the hotel is far enough from the metro and public transport stops. But in a quiet, peaceful area. Mirzo Ulugbek Central Park is located nearby.

Delicious food, it's a pity there is only breakfast without lunches or dinners. The staff is polite and tries to help. The location on the one hand is not very close to the metro, on the other a quiet street almost in the center of the city, not far from the park. However, taxi prices are not a problem at all in my opinion) Shops, pharmacies, everything is within walking distance. Mattresses are a controversial point, personally I love such rigidity of mattresses, but someone may not like it.

The hotel is located in a quiet location. The rooms are clean, the bed and towels were changed after 3 days, cleaning is daily. The service is pleasant and unobtrusive. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories: gel, shampoo, toothpaste and brushes. There are slippers for each guest. Household appliances: hair dryer, kettle, TV, air conditioning. In the morning, hearty, quite varied breakfasts. You can use the dining room at any time. Boiling water, tea and coffee bags are provided.
Of the disadvantages, I can single out a hard mattress (but it suited my wife and son) and a fairly remote location from the metro station and bus stop (about one and a half kilometers). We knew about these features, there are no complaints.
In terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel deserves high praise.

Excellent hotel, very client-oriented girls at the reception, always ready to help. Good repair, clean, tidy, cozy, excellent portioned breakfasts, brewed coffee and not as usual in Uzbekistan, instant coffee. Close to the center, but at the same time on a quiet street. The windows of the room were facing the courtyard, we slept with the windows open, the noise of the extractor hood sounded a little at night.

A great, small hotel. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance (metro, shops, eco park, Tashkent city center). The hotel staff is always polite, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are very tasty, and in the evening you can sit on the terrace eating fruits and delicious wines of Tashkent). Great hotel!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is insanely polite. The room is modern, and a kettle and a mini fridge were in the room. Breakfast is free and delicious. Accommodation 450t amounts 3000r. However, the hotel is located in the private sector. But the taxi is cheap and there were no problems to call a car through Yandex taxi.We will definitely come back.

Everything is fine.the rooms are nice and clean. Just awesome breakfasts. Friendly and, importantly, Russian-speaking staff, quickly resolve all issues that arise, they will help you call a taxi and guide you around the city. The only small disadvantage (and even that is not theirs) is that not all taxi drivers know this address, even with a navigator. In general, I recommend it!

The hotel is tired and needs to be updated.
The breakfasts are also so-so, what will they cook, You will eat, no buffet.
The location is not far from the center, but the road is broken, taxi drivers constantly complain.

The toilet seat is broken. Everything seems to be normal in terms of cleanliness. The location leaves much to be desired, a dead end that has one entrance and one exit. The staff is friendly.

A little far from the center, 15-20 minutes walk to the metro. It is clear that you can call a taxi, but still a nice bonus when the sights are nearby.
And crazy audibility, I couldn't sleep for two nights almost at all, everyone was slamming doors and talking in the hallway all the time, in the evening, at night, in the morning, it was generally creepy... There was also a dining room next to the room - a double joy in the variety of sounds in the morning. Therefore, if you can use earplugs, do not forget to take them!

Very quiet, no noise. Orthopedic mattresses, excellent water pressure, temperature does not drop. Slippers, toothbrushes and paste, shampoo, gel, soap. All this, even the bed with towels is changed every day. Tea and coffee are free, unlimited around the clock. Refrigerator, hair dryer, telephone, night light. Drinking water + boiling water in the corridor. Sweets, raisins, etc. And most importantly, the owner meets and asks if everything is in order, what wishes, will always help prompt. It was an early arrival, so they checked in early at the first available room. Good repair, spacious bathroom. Not far from the center, 10-15 minutes to the metro, 10 minutes to the park. At first it seems to be a remote place, in a dead end, and this is a plus, silence. If I'm in Tashkent, then only to this hotel.

A hotel with a clearly inflated opinion of itself.
The reception staff does not know how to work with clients, they do not know the possibilities of Booking, every word is coordinated with the management.
The settlement requirements are not detailed.
Breakfast is a nightmare!!! Not only was the buffet empty, I had to ask for water, cut vegetables, and where's the milk.... and so on. , and the staff does not understand Russian, apparently they put such people on purpose so that they would not make demands. The administrator watched this, but did not come up ((( we refused porridge, but in the end - they did not bring us breakfast at all (the staff without knowledge of Russian and English), we could not agree.
We barely settled in, found ourselves without breakfast.
But, in general, the interior and the idea are not bad, if not for the complete lack of Customer orientation, everything would be much better!!!
I will not advise anyone.

The hotel is for spending the night and for a short stay. There is a minimum of everything you need, but the feeling of comfort is still very far away. A fat plus is gorgeous towels, coolers on each floor, a kettle in the room, a friendly person. Cons - it will be difficult to get enough sleep if you need silence to sleep. There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear every step and conversation nearby, and this despite the fact that I was out of season, and there were few guests. The hotel has rooms with opening and blind windows, so for those who like to ventilate, it is better to clarify this point in advance.
If it is not possible to pay by card, the hotel accepts cash. There won't be any problems with dollars either.
Among the advantages are daily breakfasts with fruits, porridge and scrambled eggs (sausages + vegetables).
In the same area, you can drink tea and coffee for free during the day.
In the cold season (at -10 C), the room on the 3rd floor was quite warm - (+25, +27 C).
In general, it is an excellent option for a short budget vacation.

I booked a room for my parents, came to see in person: the rooms are tiny, but everything you need is there (including a hairdryer and disposable slippers), clean. Coolers with water, you can always get water, there is a kitchen-dining area where breakfast is served in the morning (according to the parents, small, but again diverse: porridge, pancakes and fruits), and at other times tea bags and a kettle, a microwave and tables are always available to sit. The hotel is in a dead end, so it's quiet.
