We lived in this residential complex in August 2023.
Clean, well maintained, concierge, everything looks great.
But there is a big but! Since the complex is new, repairs are actively underway in it, and in general this does not interfere, except in cases when a fire is triggered. Unfortunately, we were not warned about this feature. When it happened for the first time, we were faced with the fact that when trying to leave the building, all emergency exits were locked. Words cannot describe the fear you feel when you think you are trapped in a burning building.
Fortunately, everything turned out to be a strong scare, but there were big questions for those who authorized it all.
I really hope that at least some kind of check will fix this mess.

At the time of the launch of this LCD, it was good. But years later, for me it looks like the castle of the snow queen with inconvenient entrances, cold glass, lack of style, complex projections of rooms and squares, a huge number of tenants, offices. Do I want to work or live there? No.

Beautiful residential complex, convenient location. The apartment is well renovated, the space is functional. It is quiet, despite the fact that some apartments have not yet completed renovation work. The landlord was nice and correct - I liked everything.

What they saw was that the corridors are narrow, there are a lot of offices, people go back and forth, sometimes the left ones go inside. There is a common air conditioner inside, the communal room is expensive in summer. It's easy to get lost inside. I think it's a little uncomfortable to live there.

Excellent residential complex.
I rent an apartment with a balcony and panoramic mountain views on the 30th floor.
The upper part of the city is at a glance.
High-quality service in the entrance, 24/7 reception, shop, bars. On the 3rd floor there is a swimming pool and gyms, which can be used by residents.
I am very pleased with the choice!

Orion is conveniently located, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Clean air. Premium class complex, the complex has its own fitness room, swimming pool, clean, beautiful courtyard, playgrounds. The only thing missing here is workout.
