A cozy mini-hotel with a convenient location. There is a lot of greenery around, not far from it there is a SPA, a swimming pool, a restaurant.
Comfortable beds, cleanliness in the room, very good water pressure. The water quality is better than in the city center (it does not smell of chlorine).
Large territory, no problems with parking.
In the morning, they brought natural coffee and breakfast (bread, cheese, egg, ham).
Wi-Fi is flying. Mobile internet too.
Very helpful staff!

The hotel is about Armenia - to eat delicious food, sleep sweetly, have a beautiful view and clean air. In a little more detail, it is a wonderful place near the center, we took a taxi for 1000-1200 local and 15 minutes. In addition to breakfast, you can order different things, lamb and veal kebabs are very popular, the cook has a separate respect. The view is pleasant, quite secluded, the territory is green with its own mini lounge areas.

We really liked this hotel!
Great guys, administrators Egor and Mark-any requests, wishes, everything was solved quickly and with a normal facial expression😄
Good breakfasts right in the room.
Super chef Araik, who cooks amazing kebabs and grilled vegetables.
Homemade wine, cognac-excellent quality.
And the main feature of the hotel is that you seem to be in the city, but at any time there is an opportunity to go out and eat, relax outside at nice tables.

The best accommodation option in Yerevan, as for me!:)
The natural location, rooms with separate entrances, delicious national cuisine, outdoor dinner under an apricot tree and friendly staff are an excuse to return to Armenia!
And what kind of excursions Araik conducts, Thanks to him, Egor, Vlad and Mark for their hospitality!

Now for more details. I was vacationing with my mother in mid-June 2023. I chose it because of the territory, because I really liked the oasis of nature in the middle of the stones of the city. And I didn't regret a bit. The hotel combines both country style and a modern level of comfort, and a good location: there is an aqua park nearby, the noise of which does not interfere at all, and just a park, and relative proximity to the center. Yandex taxi in Yerevan works perfectly, and you will quickly get to the right place. But the main highlight of the hotel is its homely atmosphere. Mark, Katarina, Egor, Vladislav are literally enveloped in warmth and care, they are always ready to help with any questions and requests. The Internet is available, it works fine. The kitchen is also there, it works even better. I still want to know the recipe for the omelet that was served for breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the linen is always ready to be changed upon request. The hotel team is constantly striving to make Organic House even better, working on the design of the territory and improving the quality of service. The world accepts cards here, but most importantly, they welcome every guest with open arms. Based on my travel experience, the Organic House Hotel is one of the best value—for-money places to stay. A wonderful Mini-hotel.
The feeling that you are outside the city.
The center is 15 minutes away by taxi, shops are within walking distance.
The rooms are in excellent condition: there is hot water and all accessories.
The room had a gorgeous double bed.
The staff is polite and helpful
The cook and the kitchen are on top)
In general, I definitely recommend this hotel in Yerevan for a secluded and comfortable stay :)

- Excellent territory: a beautiful park, there is a water park nearby
- Clean, warm (which is important in winter), general cleaning every 3 days, on request - at least every day
- Delicious breakfasts
- All problems are promptly solved by the administration
- It's close enough to the city, and the atmosphere is like outside the city.

I was passing through Yerevan and, on the advice of friends, decided to stay in this place. In general, a good place, atmospheric from the outside, but rather untidy inside. Breakfast for 3. I brought an omelet as if boiled in butter with the day before yesterday's green bread) When friends were with them, everything was normal with breakfast. Delicious "homemade" wine is available)

A wonderful hotel. It is close to the center - 10 minutes by taxi. Near the MALL (1 km on foot), it works around the clock.
The room has everything except a safe. But he probably doesn't really need it.
All equipment is serviceable.
Breakfast is included. Two bottles of water are given out daily.
Wonderful staff! We will definitely come back again!
