Excellent location, business class residential complex

A cool business class house! Concierge, video surveillance. An enclosed courtyard. Parking. The area is generally gorgeous. Everything is close and Bayterek, and the Botanical Garden, and schools, and kindergartens, and so on, and fairs.

A nice new residential complex, beautiful from the outside, shops, restaurants from below, it's beautiful in the entrance, but the squaring of the apartments is small and the balconies are too, the layout is not very good
