A cool and very cozy hotel, with a pleasant atmosphere! The rooms are very clean, each room is themed, the interior is designed and thought out to the smallest detail! The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Delicious and balanced breakfasts! One of my favorite hotels! Probably number one! Pleasant, not expensive prices!

Great hotel!
Clean, cozy, good air conditioning.
The kettle (tea with sugar is included) in the room is very nice.
The staff is very helpful, helps with all sorts of household details.
If we're still in Shymkent, we'll stop here!

It's a wonderful place. I absolutely recommend it! Helpful and attentive staff. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are amazing. If I find myself in Shymkent again, I will definitely stay here. If I had a score of 10, I would have put it.
