A cool and very cozy hotel, with a pleasant atmosphere! The rooms are very clean, each room is themed, the interior is designed and thought out to the smallest detail! The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Delicious and balanced breakfasts! One of my favorite hotels! Probably number one! Pleasant, not expensive prices!

It's a wonderful place. I absolutely recommend it! Helpful and attentive staff. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are amazing. If I find myself in Shymkent again, I will definitely stay here. If I had a score of 10, I would have put it.

We came across a loft-style room, a very original solution, the children liked the sleeping place on the upper level. We only stayed for the night, and the breakfast was delicious and delicious. We liked it. On the downside, the location of the hotel near an active thoroughfare will be a little uncomfortable for those who are not used to the city noise.
