Poor-quality service: until you specify what to do, they do nothing, try to deceive, reluctantly respond, just send them to drink tea, coffee, and hide themselves. I took a used car there, they said, everything was checked well. The car didn't even drive 2000 km — it broke down. They said they were not to blame, they checked, everything was fine. So you should not take equipment from them — they are deceived, just to sell it to them. I will not repair them anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have been serviced at the Toyota Center for 3 years now. All this time I praise all my friends and acquaintances. But since the beginning of 2024, there have been continuous negative emotions. In January, I was sprayed with silicone grease all over the cabin. Washed three times. At the end of 2023, it was discovered that the attachment points on the trunk were wiped. It took a long time to find out. They responded to the third appeal. Then it turned out that my bonuses have been burning out since 2021. Why haven't they been used before. By the way, I've only seen the new personal manager once. He's sick or on a day off. There have never been such cases before. And I've already been 10 times since the beginning of the year. In April, I was on a personal visit. The last case actually killed. I arrived, but they won't let me into the salon for half an hour. Manager Vladimir said that after 18 o'clock the car is not allowed. And I was booked for 6.30 pm. I stood in front of the gate for half an hour, honking my horn. Uselessly. I just had to change the wheels. Summer tires on wooden boards are stored in the cabin. It's half an hour. I sat for two hours. When submitting the application, I asked to check the fasteners on the mudguards, as there was a violation of the fasteners. . As a result, the self-tapping screws were still missing on the two mudguards. Vladimir initially refused to accept the car, he took the car himself, Vladimir gave it out. He confirmed that the order included an application for an audit of the mudguard fasteners. And he also made sure that the fasteners in two were missing. But I couldn't explain anything. He said it was already 8.30 pm and there was no mechanic.

Good luck to everyone ! I passed it in the TOYOTA CENTER of KOSTANAY, I was assured that my car was under warranty, at 26000 km there was a noise under the hood, I was immediately told that the warranty does not apply to rubber products and tension rollers, after conducting diagnostics, a belt defect was revealed (cracked) and for some reason this is not a warranty case, they tore me off money for diagnostics. That is, they do not give me a guarantee for the entire car, but only selectively, as it turned out in the case, it turns out that a defective belt is installed at the factory (causing me inconvenience), and when I arrive they charge me for diagnostics and offer to purchase a belt and replace it for a fee!
But the song does not end there, after THAT, a day later, I look at the dipstick and the oil on it is above the MAXIMUM, after which the oil seals on the engine can squeeze out, I returned and the oil was pumped out! Well, if the oil seal suddenly squeezes out and I contact the Toyota Center FOR WARRANTY, what will they tell me? Right! The oil seal is rubber and there is no guarantee, again pay for diagnostics, for the oil seal and for replacing the oil seal ! ! !
I DO NOT NEED SUCH A GUARANTEE AND SUCH A THING ! ! !
I put one star for the work of managers, there are NO claims against them and one for free coffee ! ! !

I've been to all the car dealerships in the city. Toyota is the most literate of all. At the entrance, they immediately offer help and direct you to the right manager, you do not need to look for managers yourself, as happens in other car dealerships. If the manager who serves you is busy, then you will be offered a very cozy waiting room and treated to delicious coffee for FREE!!!
Toyota is the only car dealership in Kostanay that gives a replacement car while your car is in service.
