A large complex of 4 buildings with apartments. As of June 2026, it is under construction, with the lower floors occupied and in operation. There are elevator problems in buildings A and B. During the season, you can wait in line for 5-7 minutes. Parking and social infrastructure (cafes, sports complex, beauty salons, etc.) are missing. Perhaps the situation will change a little with the opening of the shopping center. Optimally placed in building D. It offers the most picturesque view of the evening Batumi to the north.

The worst vacation and hotel in our lives.
It all started with the fact that the owner of the apartment did not respond to us the day before arrival, so we did not even understand what the check-in procedure would look like. When he answered and contacted us himself (a couple of hours before the check-in), it turned out that the check-in time was not at 14:00, as it was written in the voucher, but at 15:00. In fact, the room was ready even later, because the cleaning of the room from 11:00 was delayed for more than 4 hours.
After we finally got our apartment number from the owner, we went to check in. We were greeted by a half-hour queue of a couple dozen people at the reception. We have never seen anything like this in any hotel in our lives.
There is a toilet on the ground floor of the hotel, which was banally disgusting to enter - the locks in the booths are broken, vomit on the floor, everything is dirty and stinks.
The room we checked into is just awful. Stained walls, mold in the shower, half-eaten chips and dirt from past guests. The furniture is already all loose - hinges, handles, the surfaces themselves.
I can definitely say that the hotel is not worth the money. It is a pity that it was with him that our acquaintance with Batumi began, which left an indelible impression.

We rested for the second time in Orbie City building C.On the Turkish side of the window, 17th floor.Magnificent views of the sea and the hotels opposite, In the evening a fairy tale with lighting.We agreed with the tenant for $ 35 per day.Others charge more, some 45 and some more..We need to look for it..There is a dining room nearby, there is something to see, we went to Trabzon on an excursion.I really liked it.

We were met at the airport. Managers are all friendliness.
The rooms of the apart-hotel are newly renovated, (not all), the rooms are cleaned 2 times a week. The embankment is across the street.
Behind the towers is the "Soviet" Batumi, creepy and dirty. Shops are within walking distance.
