Nice apartment complex on the beach. Security, reception, ATM, cafe. Nearby there is a Spar store and not only, a pharmacy, etc. She lived in block B on the 17th floor. Parking is a problem. Everywhere.

I have an apartment in this house The neighbor from above filled it in, found it after arrival (we do not live in Batumi), wallpaper, ceiling, partially furniture - everything needs to be repaired Upon request, to identify the problem- they were fed with promises for 3 days. With grief for the sexes, I asked for a neighbor's phone number, and it turned out that no one contacted the owners, they had no action, breakfast was served In general, I do not recommend this organization for buying a home
