I’m shocked how disrespectful the management can be. I booked a room through booking.com, canceled on the same day (once I entered the room and stayed there for an hour I couldn’t tolerate the cigarette smoke all around). Based on booking.com policy, they had to return my money minus a fee, but they refused to return anything, yelled at me and spoke in a rude way. I saw two men smoking right by the elevator on the floor, and nobody cared.
