Pretty clean. They settled in simply and quickly.
Minimalistic, nothing superfluous.
There are very nice halls in these houses.
There is also a cafe, which is delicious and has reasonable prices.
On the downside, there was a straight bunch of black hair in the bed linen.
The ice floor. It is very cold in the rooms in March, there are no radiators at all. I think it's just for the summer of the room.
There are no towel rails, and if anything, even the laundry can't be dried, it's probably possible on the balcony.
The view from the balcony is very conditional — it is on the house opposite. A small piece of sea is visible on the right and a small piece of mountains on the left.
There's a store nearby, if anything. Quite passable.
In general, I do not know what could make you go to Batumi))
We stayed here in Block D on January 25th, for 10 nights. We were very satisfied with the location, the technical equipment of the room, and the view from our loggia. I would especially like to mention the attitude of our manager Vakhtang towards us. He promptly fulfilled all our requests and wishes. For which I thank him very much. All the appliances in the room were new and working properly. These are: stove, air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, hair dryer. There were no foreign odors in the bathroom, the shower worked perfectly. I can't say anything about sound insulation, we didn't have any neighbors.
If I'm in Batumi, you'll find me in Orbi, as they say. Very beautiful, very atmospheric, modern. Nothing superfluous. A house with an excellent front door and a view from the balcony. At first, my head was spinning at 15m. I can't imagine how those who stop above feel.
