Overall, I liked it, the hardware was really small at all, but considering the price, it was very good. There is nowhere to put the cars, the locals take up places nearby on the road, then they try to sell them very expensively. about 800 meters in the direction of the airport there is a parking lot guarded by GEL 6 per day. There's a lot of backgammon, and sometimes elevators can't handle it. The toilets are free downstairs - it's terrible, I don't recommend it. Audibility is also above average.
A very modern, stylish hotel building. Pleasant music is playing in the lobby, the staff is responsive, most of them speak Russian. There are 6 elevators, which is enough for a building of more than 50 floors. The apartments themselves belong to different owners and are rented independently of the hotel. In my case, everything was at the highest level. The building is new, they obviously did not save money on finishing work. At night, the beautiful multicolored illumination of buildings turns on.
The hotel is located near the waterfront, within walking distance of markets and shops, cafes and restaurants.
The hotel offers paid parking, but if desired, you can park somewhere nearby for free.
One of the best hotels in Batumi. Beautiful view from the window, everything is within walking distance, the beach is very close and the pedestrian new bridge too, you can endlessly admire the view of the mountains and the sea.
Of course, during the tourist season, there are not many people here. There are 6+6 elevators in each block of the complex, but even they are sometimes not enough, and queues form. But all this is compensated by the cheapness of the rooms and the location. The studios are fresh, the view from the balcony is pleasing to the eye. The studios in block D are newly renovated and everything is new. The rest of the blocks are slightly worse. In block A, the sound of elevators is annoying, which can be heard even from inside the studio.
