It's just awful!! I've never seen such disrespect for customers before! We arrived at the bodomzor branch not even half an hour after we sat down, we were asked to leave because there were not enough places for customers. They didn't break any law, just sat quietly and ate. But they didn't say anything to the people who came before us and it was clearly noticeable that they were their acquaintances) I don't understand what kind of attitude to customers, and by the way, there were a lot of empty tables.

The building is good, conveniently located, but small, everything is busy since lunch, you can't sit outside in summer in this heat. Food is like everywhere and always. The service is lame, only one employee works normally and knows his job. Queues are often created. Orders are confused, sometimes you can't focus on the TV. The music is cool.

Покупаю обычно тандыр лаваш. Очень вкусный.
С гигиеной на кухне, правда, 0. Видимо, человек был управляющий этого ресторана, прохаживался по кухне в уличной одежде. Ну и кто-то в перчатке готовит, а кому-то вообще по барабану.
Сегодня получилось интересно. Рабочий кухни открывает коробку выдохом))) Берет в руки новую коробку, расправляет и дует ртом для открытия))))))))) Видит, что я заметил, берет новую коробку и уже внутрь суёт голую руку для открытия))) После приготовления, объяснил ситуацию и попросил заменить на новый. Сказали ок. Сделали вид, что готовят новый, но выдали тот же лаваш (приготовилось намного быстрее и не показали утилизацию, ах да, та коробка открытая ртом еще продолжала лежать у печки)))))
Главные сети Oq Tepa Lavash, пожалуйста, обратите внимание на перчатки: либо пусть носят все, либо не носит никто (напр, до пандемии сотрудники МакДоналдс не носили перчатки). Ну а вот расхаживаться в кухонном пространстве в уличной одежде и дурачить покупателя, это уже за гранью...
И да, готовят медленно, особенно когда приходят "свои".

There were 8 people in the hall and the cashier told me a maximum of 10 minutes and everything would be fine , and as a result , I was waiting for an order like in a cafe or in a medium - sized restaurant ... In short, come in if you have a decent amount of time!!!!
