I wrote to the manager of optmotors, completely ignored! Whether to buy an ICE assembly from them is up to you to decide! I'm not naked in this office anymore!

When I arrived at the place and told about my arrangements, I was told that the clutch was sold to some first comer 15 minutes ago. This begs the question, why all these orders on the site, calls and phone arrangements with the manager, if in fact they are given to the first person they meet who came for the part. As a result, there are no spare parts, no planned repairs, only time and nerves spent. And by the way, they were the only ones who had the right grip. p.s. I have never written negative reviews, I always treat people with understanding, but this situation showed me the customer service of this company.
