A wonderful center. I was doing vision correction there. We have fully consulted and explained all the details. The staff is very polite. The operation was performed by Dr. Yushkevich. He told me everything in detail and operated very carefully. I answered all the questions. The recommendations were slightly different from those written, which did not prevent (or maybe even helped) the result: there is no dryness and astigmatism, from -4.75 to 1.0. A few moments caused panic, but it turned out to be an individual reaction. An important point and a very big plus: if there are questions and unclear eye reactions between consultations, then you can call and get answers or an emergency consultation and examination, respectively. Only positive impressions.

It took me a long time to decide on vision correction, according to reviews, I chose the Optimal one. I came for an examination in the morning, I was very worried, there were a lot of fears and questions. The examination was conducted by optometrist Ekaterina Zaitseva. She is very attentive, pleasant, and feels like a specialist who knows her job very well. Then I got a consultation with Dmitry Yushkevich, who explained in detail what we can do, what result we expect, the risks, and so on. In the evening, I was already on his operating table. The operation was quick, the doctor was supportive all the time, explaining what he was doing, what I should do. Then there was a quick rehabilitation and vision 1 in both eyes. I only regret that it took me so long to decide. Forget about lenses and glasses - it's a different standard of living. I am grateful to Ekaterina and Dmitry Valentinovich for a new way of looking at the world.

They built a new classroom building, but... there are no signs of how to enter the parking lot, and there were questions about leaving, the gate was closed, turned around, returned, asked how to leave, the answer was to drive closer, but it turned out that the gate was closed by the wind and had to be manually opened. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it's also close to the bus stop. They didn't say on the phone that the glasses matching service was removed from the diagnostic service, but it didn't get any cheaper. As a result, the cost of diagnostic services with glasses has increased by 40% since May 1, 2025, i.e. in 2024 I gave 80 rubles, then in 2025 I paid 120 rubles. Otherwise, there are no questions for the specialists and the work of the center.

Good afternoon. I came to the clinic for an eye examination, then to undergo a driver's medical examination. Everything seems to be fine, except for picking up points. I have a category "C". My eyesight is at its limit, but it has been stable for decades. I warned the nurses that I needed to be examined so that there would be no questions at the commission later. When selecting glasses, the diopters remained the same, but they persuaded me to put a prism on one eye, as if you would see better. I only need these points to complete the commission. As a result, on the commission of the diopter + prism = I flew out of the acceptable values. I would have read it without the prism. And the result was a setup on the part of Optimeda employees + loss of category + loss of time and money for the manufacture of glasses, and as a result, this examination was no longer necessary for the commission.= removed the category.

I really regret that I did not read the reviews before signing up for this center. I should have had doubts immediately after communicating with the administrator. Politeness is zero. I signed up for a comprehensive diagnosis. During the diagnosis, the nurses communicate on their own personal topics. But at least they treat you politely. Then there was a meeting with Victoria Nikolaevna Papko, a doctor who performs an examination with a fundus lens. I immediately warned that I have reflexes that are hard for me to overcome (I remove my head when they try to insert a lens). She asked someone to hold her head. What she decided to look at contactless. Well okay. At some point, when she began to lift her eyelid with the lens, I felt pain and moved away. She asked me to wait a minute, because when I pressed, tears began to flow, apparently she put a lot of pressure on the nerve endings. At my request, there was a phrase: "honey, it's easier for me to examine children than for you." And naturally, this was accompanied by strong dissatisfaction and a heavy sigh from the doctor. When I was called to the conclusion, I did not hear anything concrete. I haven't received any answers to my questions. When I said that my eyes hurt very often and very much, she replied - it's not my eyes that hurt, it's you who need to see a neurologist. And, the question was also asked, "would you like to have laser vision correction?" Although I had previously been examined at another center and was forbidden to make a correction because of the thin cornea. It follows that the doctor did not even look at the results of the examination. When I told her that I had been banned from correcting at another center, she had nothing to say. Information had to be extracted from the doctor. The questions are not answered though. The diagnoses for both eyes are the same, although I am examined often and my diagnoses are different. I didn't like the doctor's attitude at all.

I called this center. It should have been OCT. The polite operator said that the price was 70 rubles. For both eyes. I say I need one. To which she replied that the center does OCT for 2 eyes. Why, I asked, why for a healthy eye, and cheaper (45 rubles in other centers. Is this one just closer to me)? She replied that she didn't know. These are the conditions of the center. That's it. unnecessary research is being imposed in order to receive money from patients. In short, they warm their hands for the sick.

I rarely write bad reviews, but here I have to. I strongly do not recommend it! The algorithm of operation is absolutely incomprehensible. First, they impose an examination, which I do not want to do, and then a doctor's consultation. It would be more logical to first listen to the essence of the problem, and then schedule the necessary examinations. In general, I am very unhappy. I'll go to another center, but it's a pity that the other ones have an appointment for one and a half to two months in advance, and here for the day after tomorrow, which also indicates the quality of the medical center.

Therefore, before deciding to go to you, of course, I read about the medical center beforehand, about its capabilities and successes. The doctor who served us is Lavda Elena Mikhailovna, she is a smart girl, explained everything, explained everything. I can't say anything, she's attentive and polite. Thank you very MUCH, just a huge thank you. If it weren't for her, there would definitely be a solid negative about your center. You have a terrible administrator who, in principle, should be the "face" of the center, but the opposite is true. I specifically looked at her full name: Sotnikova Tatyana Leonidovna. The only thing I didn't clearly see was the middle name, I may have made a mistake. She doesn't talk politely on the phone, according to the principle of how you got me with your questions, and in the very center… I was with my husband, my mother and my child and she didn't politely address anyone, everything was arrogant and arrogant!!!!!!!!!!! I also saw that we were not the only ones with whom she was talking like that, there were still people of retirement age there and also talked unceremoniously. I hope the management will take note of her incorrect work, i.e. communication with people, i.e. your customers, and take action! P.S. Sincere wish: please solve the wardrobe issue. The fact that you have some kind of sign on the ground floor of the building is not visible. And on the other hand, it looks like according to the principle: the sauna is here, and the wardrobe is across the street)

On September 10, 2024, at the reception, in Optimeda, when applying for a medical card for a consultation, my mother asked if I needed to present my pension certificate for a discount, to which the administrator said that it was not necessary, because everything was visible on it anyway. Mom replied:"of course, I'm not a girl anymore..." It was on the 1st work shift, my mother did not look at the badge, she does not know the name, a woman with a chestnut square. It is amazing that such a tactless administrator works in such a prestigious medical center, focusing on age. At least it's not tactful. I would like to know: are these attempts at self-affirmation at the expense of self-importance and the age of other women? Or is it just a banal impoliteness? We hope that your already "middle-aged" administrator, like my mother, will see this review and turn to specialists to resolve personal issues so as not to take out anger on other people or take a course of competent communication with clients and acquire parenting skills, since this is not currently available. As for the examination, everything is amazing, the doctors are wonderful. But the receptionist ruined the mood.

I was on the diagnosis of vision 07.10.2024 + pleasant, courteous service - glasses were incorrectly selected and an absolutely incorrect prescription was written out. fortunately, there was a doctor in optics who picked the right option. For clarity, I measured both the option that is written out in optimed and the one in optics. Fortunately for me, I did not make glasses blindly believing the recipe from optimeda, otherwise it would have been lost money, quite a lot by the way. My only request was and that was not fulfilled properly. This negates all the advantages. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is a waste of time and money. And the eye was sore and itchy the next day after diagnosis.

I have never seen such a boorish attitude in a paid clinic anywhere! The doctor, a 45-year-old woman with short hair, answered all my questions with undisguised contempt and hypocrisy. The diagnostic room is simply disgusting! There are 5 patients and 4 health workers sitting in a room about 20 meters on each other's heads! No medical secrets! It feels like being in a public bathhouse on a public day. Think three times before going there. I agree with the previous comments, they determine visual acuity disgustingly! It seems that it's all about a very old and worn-out technique.

It wasn't the first time we were at the clinic. But after the last visit, an extremely unpleasant feeling remained. We got to the appointment right away, at the appointed time. After instillation of the eyes and with bandages on the face, the children had to wait about 50 minutes for a second examination by an ophthalmologist!!! There were no other children at the reception at that time. The nurse and the doctor repeatedly left the office on their own business, drank coffee. To my question "Why is it taking so long?", the nurse did not answer anything. During the examination, the medical staff conducts conversations about the upcoming vacation, and about some other matters of their own. Without listening to what numbers the client calls on the screen. There was another child in the queue behind us. He sat on the couch for 40 minutes! They just forgot about him!!! The conversation with the doctor about my children and the examination of the "forgotten" child was held in the same office at the same time!!! Why this attitude towards customers is not entirely clear. Don't set foot on you anymore!!!

For the first time in my life, I visited an ophthalmologist not on a driver's or draft board, but I felt that I had been there… There was a strange impression of being examined in a room with a lot of patients and nurses, even at the final doctor's consultation there are 3 patients and 3 doctors in the office, I would like to "note" doctor Yushkevich D.V. separately - perhaps a professional, but rude and uncouth, such a place is only in a free polyclinic. P.S. I would like to update the repair, it only added the feeling of a state polyclinic.

Of course, the repair can be refreshed, it looks like an old polyclinic, it's not good for a serious clinic to work like that, and I advise everyone to find out everything in detail from the doctor and discuss the full list of side effects, the doctors themselves do not immerse themselves in it!

I had an operation to replace the lens. it is a pity that before the operation, doctors do not talk about all the subtleties, they are probably used to pensioners with cataracts and for whom vision is most likely no longer as critically important as a person working at a computer at the age of 38.. and the postoperative period, examinations, my questions that worried me about the condition of my eyes (one was red for a whole month) were answered with some half-jokes, like I'm a fool asking stupid questions. perhaps they are stupid, well, tell me, answer in a human way, since you have taken on a difficult situation... I wish employees to simply treat people not as a wallet, but as they would like to be treated themselves.

I took my daughter to a consultation. There were mixed impressions. First. They do not have specialized (if I understand correctly) equipment specifically for children. The doctor simply copied the results from another eye center, which, unfortunately, is currently closed. Otherwise - answers to questions, consultation, courtesy from the staff - no questions, everything is fine. Second. I understand that the room is rented, but you can still allocate some money and paint the walls, it's a little dirty and dull. It does not fit in with a large and respectable center (you are respectable, right?) The third. It is relatively difficult to find for non-"aborigines". Fortunately, at least the locals know, because the commission is held there.

My impressions were twofold. The examination lasted no more than 40 minutes, taking into account the waiting time after instillation of the eyes, the fundus lens was not even offered. When examining disposable materials on devices, the chin and forehead are also not provided. There are quite a lot of patients and staff, too, but when conducting a study, personal matters are discussed, while giving the impression that the study is conducted in between cases. I learned for the first time that astigmatism is a "crooked cornea". Perhaps not everything is so bad, but there was no desire to return to the center and entrust your health.

Everything is in terrible condition, pathetic, the toilets are generally disgusting. My brother went to the diagnosis and said that he would not make eyes in this place. I did it in another place.

I did the diagnosis, I will double-check the results in another clinic. The results of the tests that were given at Optimed are strikingly different from the results at another medical center at this point in time. They did NOT do "blurring of the eyes" (that is, they should put a lens on the patient, in which he sees everything as if in a fog, vaguely, and then gradually!!! it is necessary to reach the value of the lens at which the patient sees clearly), as they actually do in another medical center, and in a polyclinic, and in optics!!!! From the direct question - "why didn't I have this procedure done?!" the doctor evaded the answer, which I am very dissatisfied with! From the good: the doctor identified other vision problems for me and gave recommendations, I hope it will help. But different diopters were exposed in different medical centers!!! My advice: check your eyes with different doctors. Diopters should not be strikingly different!!!!!

I had a correction operation in early August. Everything is great, my wife was with me, who did it in the center, which was closed in the summer. So her impressions were that patients were treated much better in Optimeda, no one drove them anywhere, there was no feeling of a continuous conveyor... Even such a trifle as drops that were given out immediately, and my wife had to buy them after the operation...

I did a vision correction on 05/19.23. I was choosing between Optimed and another hyped center. According to reviews, everything was old and worn out. It was terribly embarrassing for me, but I chose a center closer to home. And you did the right thing! As a result, I did not meet anything like this and terrible there. In the building of the polyclinic - yes, but on the 5th floor and partially on the second, where the premises of the medical center are located - everything is renovated, bright, beautiful. About the correction itself: the doctor made me a folder. A very nice woman. I was terribly afraid of the splits in my eyes. But in the process of correction, everything is so clearly, in detail, step by step told and done that you completely trust the doctor. I was constantly asked how I was feeling, if it was possible to start, they gave me a chance to breathe and calm my nervous system. They have everything under control there. The main thing is to relax and trust the specialists. Of course, the recovery period is not the most pleasant, but it's worth it. True, postoperative examinations and hourly waits leave much to be desired, but in any case it is better than in a state polyclinic. There was a vision of -5, it became one. There is no limit to joy!!!! I thank everyone who is involved in my epiphany, which I have been waiting for so long.

I do not recommend contacting this clinic. There are a lot of 1 stars for such service. We called to sign up for the service we needed, there was an absolute boorish girl on the phone, she began to impose examinations that we did not need. I couldn't give a clear answer to the question "why?", I just kept saying that these are the conditions of the clinic and either pay or go somewhere else. When the situation was explained, she said, "we are not satisfied with our conditions, look for another center," refused to reschedule the recording, canceled the current one and hung up. The service is at the highest level!!
