I've been deciding on lenses for a long time, and now I've finally decided to start wearing them. I entrusted the choice of my first lenses to Halva optics, as relatives buy lenses in this optics and I was confident in the service.
I really liked the optics' reaction to the feedback!
The first time, the lenses were not exactly picked up at a different address. But they reacted very quickly to my feedback and contacted me on the same day. I went to Frunze's address, where a very nice girl double-checked my eyesight and helped me find the right lenses. I checked my eyesight very carefully, she was very responsive! As a result, I came out of optics in new lenses and couldn't get enough of the bright and clear look on the way!
It is very gratifying to see that optics values the trust of customers and its reputation so much and resolves situations quickly.

Very bad attitude towards people, and the doctor is just rude. The optician is at Kirova 10. She told her grandmother that she couldn't pick up her glasses, go to the hospital, maybe you have diabetes or something. Then we went across the street to the Family Optician and had our eyesight checked, and we picked up glasses and were very cultured and courteous.
