I ordered lenses, they promised to bring them to the optician within 2-3 days, as a result, I had to wait a week, and the employees themselves did not call back, did not apologize that the order was delayed, I had to call every day and listen to their promises that tomorrow, so tomorrow stretched out to a week! Therefore, if you want spoiled plans and your mood, you are here, and if not, then avoid this topic!!!!!!
I would say that the prices in this optics are highly inflated, which, however, affects other similar establishments. It's great to have a doctor who makes a prescription on the spot. But the order wasn't ready at the appointed time, so I had to wait another week.

The doctor (Filippovich) is incompetent from the word at all. Not only were the diopters on the glasses selected with difficulty (and then, in fact, the eyes in glasses are very painful, it is impossible to wear them for more than half an hour), I was more impressed by the selection of lenses.
The doctor wrote out a prescription for glasses (which also turned out to be incorrect-it's good that the consultant measured the center-to-center distance -which was indicated in the prescription by 10 units less) and said "That's it." To my question, which lenses should I take with diopters, the doctor answered rudely, "with the same as glasses" (minus 6). I was shocked, because even a person who does not work in this field understands that if there is a distance from the eye to the glasses, then the contact lens is put directly on the eye and should be a certain number of diopters less. In view of this, I asked the doctor if it was possible to take lenses with such large diopters (and I wear lenses -4.75 and see almost perfectly) for a day and look at the sensations in the eyes, whether it would be too strong, to which I was just as rudely answered that the FREE CHECK was only when buying monthly lenses. After this wonderful selection, I decided to put on my lenses -4.75 and realized that I could see all the lines (everything! and they offer me -6) and told this to the doctor, to which she replied: "well, then look which eye sees worse and take a little more diopters." AND IS THIS YOUR EYE CHECK BY A DOCTOR? (check yourself?) It's just a nightmare.
It is better to spend money and go to a normal ophthalmologist or visit another optician with a competent doctor.
I'll never come back here.

I was looking for a specific frame for my child, there was no one in this branch, but they delivered it personally for us from another branch. As a result, glasses for a child with good imported lenses cost 250 rubles at a very affordable price, in other similar opticians they called prices from 350 rubles to 600 rubles (the latter in a well-known discount optics). The child has complex astigmatic lenses. We were pleased with the speed of production, adjusted for 2 weeks for the production period, as a result, we did it in 6 days. You can pay with installment cards.

On April 16, 2025, I contacted your optician to check my eyesight and order contact lenses.
I would like to note the good work of the ophthalmologist (as it turned out later, the doctor does not know the word for contact lenses at all), but the service of the administrative staff turned out to be absolutely terrible.
Even when placing an order, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly. And when it turned out that lenses with my diopters (-6.75) were not available, instead of offering alternative solutions, I heard the following phrase:
"What did you want with such diopters? There are no such lenses available, only to order."
Are you serious? And where are the ethics of your employees?
And even so, I agreed to make an order, having previously specified the delivery time. I was confidently told that the lenses would arrive "in a couple of days," and I paid for the order in full. They promised to notify me of the receipt of the goods. However: no one contacted me for 9 days (until April 25); when I called on April 25, they said that the lenses were out of stock, citing "holidays" (I wonder what holidays are in the period of April 16-25);
- The new deadline was called "approximately May 5, after the holiday" (in fact, 19 days of waiting instead of the promised 2).
On April 29, it was finally announced that the lenses would not be delivered at all (for what reasons no one explained), offering unsuitable options (-7.0 or -6.5).
Although I was offered a refund for the lenses I did NOT receive, I consider it necessary to draw your attention to the following violations:
- Misleading about delivery dates (after reading the reviews, I see that this is far from the only case);
- Lack of information about problems with the order (it is called lenses are needed - call yourself, remind;
- Incorrect suggestion of alternatives to solve the current situation (lenses with unsuitable diopters);
- Time spent and the need to contact another optician again.
I strongly advise against contacting this optician. I live nearby, but I've always avoided it, and apparently for good reason.
As it turned out later, the whole situation described above was due to an illiterate selection of lenses by a doctor, since there are no lenses with -6.75 diopters in principle. Actually, due to the incompetence of the doctor and the administrator, who could not explain what the problem was and why I did not get my lenses, I wasted a lot of time.

It's a little dirty. The seller actively sells the goods without really explaining. But the main highlight of the doctor: boorish, unpleasant to communicate. Absolutely does not want to interact with the client. She is clearly not happy with her work and is angry at the whole world and you as its representative. The feeling of the visit is disgusting. Two stars just for the fact that the glasses are still there. But we left without them. I do not recommend it. Not professional and not high-quality service.

I had to apply for the repair of glasses bought here on Odintsovo. The frame is not quite ordinary, the ends of the arches end with original twists in the form of small ovals (Paradise 9073 frame, now it is not in the catalog on the website, but I found similar 9027 and 9072 on the Internet). That's why my daughter chose this frame. But... as always, the notorious "BUT"... one of the endings was unscrewed and lost. And that's why I had to turn to rim repair. The consultant sent a photo of the problem for repair. They called back from the repair and said that they would not be able to repair it, but they would replace both shackles and it would cost 20! rubles, 10 each! rubles for the shackle. The frame itself costs 44. Well, okay, unusual shackles, okay... And what is the result... I'm taking the glasses with the usual shackles!!!!, the most ORDINARY, (10 each!! rubles per piece!!..)
