After the first visit, I was still wondering where so many good reviews and a rating of 5 came from on Yandex. But I realized how I picked up the order. A piece of paper is given to the order where they ask for a review for 5 rubles on the phone. So it would be better if you gave out a rag purse and a cloth to wipe the lenses with glasses! As in all self-respecting and customer-friendly optics stores. Do you want an honest review?? Get it!
Give your employees a piece of candy, otherwise their faces look like they've eaten a lemon! Especially the blonde ophthalmologist with the perpetually unhappy face. It was like I went to a state polyclinic to see a doctor. Not really! It will be more polite in the clinic! And while I was choosing the frame, I felt with my back that the consultants were the same . Make it clear to your employees that glasses are not cheap, and they are worn on the face! And the buyer wants at least to be greeted and said goodbye politely for his money! They didn't stare at me when choosing frames, and when I go into the store alone, you can't even hear me!
I definitely don't recommend it because of the attitude of the employees. I thought this kind of thing doesn't happen in stores anymore, especially since there aren't many people there. Of course we were surprised! Don't go there anymore.
