I connected a premium account only to receive a discount in Invitro, but did not fulfill exactly all the conditions for receiving it, namely: "patients need to independently demonstrate the Premium service to the administrator in the PAY service application with the status "Connected" before paying for the order via a QR code " Yes, I did not fulfill exactly conditions, but I just said that I want to pay through the pay app and that I expect a discount. Communication with the service support and the laboratory itself led to this answer: "you need to read everything correctly yourself and do it in a certain sequence to get a discount." Probably, yes, it is necessary to do exactly as it is written and it is your own fault, but really it is impossible to make it so that it is simple and understandable?

I've been using the Pay app for many years and never had any problems with it, changed phones, reinstalled the app and everything always worked. But recently I changed my phone (device) once again and the application does not log into my account in any way, all the time referring to not up-to-date data, I can't imagine how entering data from my passport and a phone number that I know by heart, the data may not be relevant, after 30 attempts I stopped trying. logging into the account of this application is probably not the fate, it's a shame that I just didn't find out the reasons for the account login failure. You will have to look for some alternative application for yourself.
