Friendly professional staff, the prices are quite reasonable, and cheaper than in a nearby laboratory and there is no such crowd. Everything is clean, everything is sterile. The doctor said that the tests were done efficiently. There is an on-site service.

Unskilled staff, especially girls near the computer, drives in the wrong tests, then simply does not know the names of the tests, they promise results day after day, and then you wait for 2 days and miss an appointment with doctors

I went to take a spermogram test. I called in the morning and asked if they could do it or not, they said they could. I arrived there, and they say at the reception desk the laboratory assistant will come at one o'clock in the afternoon. Come by one o'clock. At one o'clock they came, they say they knocked out a machine gun. In short, you need to find out from them exactly what you need.

I really like this laboratory. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the prices are pleasant, the tests are ready quickly and most importantly there are no queues at all. I recommend.
