Writing this review makes me want to warn hundreds of people who may still fall into the clutches of this pseudo-methodology. One day, without knowing anything about Opatra, I accepted an internship, thinking it was a chance to start a career. But what I saw backstage at Opatra looked more like a crime story than a medical center. I continued to go for an internship for a few days and take an observation and espionage position. First and foremost, it is an obsessive imposition of services. This is an aggressive marketing policy. Additional procedures and products were literally imposed on customers, without taking into account their wishes and needs. The pressure from the staff was so strong that the clients felt like they were not a client, but an object for siphoning money.
The scale of deception. During my work, I witnessed how Opatra deceives people. In Karaganda alone, dozens, if not hundreds, of clients became victims. People leave huge amounts hoping for high-quality services, but in the end they only get disappointment and an empty wallet. Clients are told a fairy tale about "rejuvenation in 3 days" or "acne treatment forever," but instead they get "red spots, debts, and ruined skin." And when they come to complain, they are politely offered... buy another course "to consolidate the result," or appeal that you yourself voluntarily agreed.
My "training" began with a briefing, where we interns were literally dictated scripts for manipulation. For example: "If the client says that there is no money, put pressure on her complexes: 'Don't you want to finally get married? You can't do it without our procedure!"."Fear has big eyes: scare them with photos of aging from the Internet and tell them that without your course they will turn into this in a year." If there is no money, immediately call a senior manager or supervisor for further high-level piloting of fraud. And force them to take out an installment loan right there. And by the way, the loan is not through reputable banks, but through microfinance credit organizations. And do not immediately let a potential client slip away, do not let relatives and relatives call if they want to consult.The price tag for services ranges from 200K tenge to 1.5 million tenge, even if the client does not have that kind of money. Do everything so that the outside opinion of his relatives on the phone does not affect him. Offer tea, coffee, and treats. And keep trying to persuade.
The tools used in the procedures raise big questions. The staff could not provide any documents to my requests for product quality and safety certificates. This is extremely alarming, because cosmetology is an area where the use of low-quality or untested products can lead to serious consequences for the skin and overall health. The products, which are called "luxury" here, are stored on the top floor in small rooms in production facilities in measly 5 liters, bottles, and incomprehensible containers. And then they poured it into beautiful, small containers, jars, so that when the client saw it, he would not doubt the luxury expensive cosmetics. The serum bottles were next to household chemicals, and the expiration date on some of the boxes was covered with concealer. The drugs are stored in unsuitable conditions, often without observing the temperature regime, which calls into question their safety. After the procedures, the instruments are not sterilized or treated, they are simply rinsed in a sink with tap water. And those who do the first procedure are not cosmetologists, just employees, young girls taken "from the street" without a diploma, without medical education. In the process of communication, it became obvious that the specialists did not have the appropriate education and experience. Their actions were uncertain, and their recommendations were questionable. This not only does not inspire confidence, but also endangers the health of customers.To which my indignation at the management about this, they responded, saying, after all, we do not do deep procedures, only superficial care. And a diploma is not required. And the fact that some client has allergies, or skin, transmissible diseases?! .. Shock.
Opatra's management actively puts pressure on new employees, forcing them to sell services at any cost. If you don't fulfill your sales plan, they start humiliating you and threatening to fire you. This creates a toxic atmosphere where the main thing is not the quality of services, but pumping money out of customers.
The scheme is simple:
- First, the client finds a "problem" that does not exist (for example, "latent inflammation" or "harbingers of aging").
- Then they offer a "life-saving course" for half a million.
- If the client hesitates, they include a "promotion": "Today the installment plan is at 0%! But only if you register right now!" etc.
Bottom line: Run. And don't look back.
Opatra London in Karaganda is not just a scam. This is a well-established fraudulent system built on cynicism, greed and complete disregard for people. They don't care about the health of their clients or the quality of their services. Their goal is to make money by any means, even if it means destroying someone's finances or harming their health. If you value yourself and your money, avoid this place. And for those who have already got into their networks, I advise you to contact the regulatory authorities - such "businesses" should be stopped. They are not afraid of the consequences, because they know that most victims are ashamed to admit that they were deceived. And behind them are good qualified lawyers without conscience, who, in the event of an incident, protect themselves and their management with timely signed documents. After all, money doesn't smell! The lack of qualifications of employees, the use of untested products and intrusive service make this place not only inefficient, but also potentially dangerous to health. Be vigilant and choose only trusted clinics with a good reputation.
If you've already been caught:
- Demand a refund through the court (the contracts are drawn up so that the client "is to blame himself", and allegedly the client voluntarily agreed to this. But history is silent about how, in fact, under pressure and forced, they are forced to apply for a loan, installment payment to a client, here and now without leaving the office, immediately after the first free procedure.
- Write collective complaints to the Department of Health and the Anti-Corruption Service, the Akimat - let them check their premises that do not meet medical standards and "self-taught employees."
And most importantly: don't be silent! Each of your stories is about saving someone from becoming another Opatra London cow in Karaganda for their financial milking!
