The location of the hotel is excellent. Bosphorus, port, 15 minutes, slowly, to Istiklal, Galata Bridge, crossing which you find yourself in the historical part (if you want long walks). In the rooms, it is clear that there is a claim to style, but some solutions are not very successful. For example, we had a room in which the bathroom is simply fenced off with a matte partition that does not sufficiently isolate everything that happens inside. That is, if you are traveling together and you want to leave some "understatement" in your relationship, then this room is not for you, especially if you turn on the light. The renovation also looked old: there was a cracked mirror in the closet, the wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was stained. On the plus side, the rooms faced the courtyard and it was quiet, despite the location of the hotel on a noisy street.

The rooms are very small and dirty , the renovation in this hotel was a long time ago, there is water after taking a shower, the drain is very bad. For this money, I think you can find a better hotel. In the 3 days that we have been, we have never brought water. Yes, the reception staff is helpful and the location of the hotel is normal, but no more... the friends who were on the 3rd floor had the shower door broken and wouldn't close at all.

A great hotel for your money, with a top location! The main historical sites are a 30-40-minute walk away, next to a whole area with cool places where you can eat and drink) And most importantly, it is not on the mountain, so it is easy to get there after long walks)))
