We had a rest in the summer of 2021, clean, cozy, the owners are good, responsive. The only problem is the power outage, especially at night, but this is apparently the case all over the country, it's not the fault of the hotel.
I booked a room through Booking and left an advance payment of 4200 rubles for 1 day, according to the booking rules, cancellation can be made in 1 month. it so happened that I had to cancel the reservation, but I was a little late, for 7 days, that is, I warned about the cancellation not in 4 weeks, but in 3. They refused to refund the prepayment, although all rooms have already been sold, even taking into account my cancellation. Very greedy and non-client-oriented hoteliers. I recommend thinking before booking a room with them!
We had a vacation in Ontario in September with a big company! We have never regretted that we chose this hotel. Friendly and helpful hosts, very clean, spacious and comfortable in the rooms. The room has everything you need, the bed linen and bath accessories are snow-white. If any questions arose, they were immediately resolved. Each room has beautiful balconies with views of the gorgeous nature. It is a five-minute walk to the sea, every 50 meters there are cafes, shops and pharmacies. Any excursion and transfer can be arranged from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really really liked everything!!! I didn't want to leave.....A big greeting from the teacher from Siberia to Rafael!!!!
We were there in the summer of 2021. We booked a room through Booking. A double suite with a sea view was booked (as indicated at the time of booking). We arrived late in the evening and in fact received a room with a view of the wall of the neighboring building at a distance of five meters and a storage tank with water and a patch of sky between the buildings. To our question, the receptionist spread her hands, saying that the rest of the rooms are occupied and it doesn't even matter that we booked a room 2 months in advance. The beginning of the vacation was somewhat overshadowed by this fact. At night, the lights are turned off throughout Gagra, and of course the refrigerator and air conditioning are turned off (this is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but just a fact).
The sensations are twofold.
On the one hand, the hotel is new. Not a bad location. Great view from the fourth floor balcony. A comfortable bed.
On the other hand, there is absolutely no sound insulation on at least the fourth floor. It feels like there is no ceiling and everyone is in the same room separated by thin partitions. The shower fills the entire bathroom, no matter how careful you try to be. Cleaning has not been carried out during the entire stay. The light in the room is from one dim lamp on the ceiling.
We had a rest in Gagra in early August. The hotel was successful, the sea is close, the area is good. The rooms are clean, bright and cozy, with balconies where you can drink coffee in the morning or sit in the evening. There was a refrigerator, air conditioning, and almost everything you need. The staff is very polite and welcoming. We liked it, thank you
I booked a room in Ontario for July back in April through Booking.
A confirmation of the reservation was sent to the mail, the amount was withheld on the service for a couple of weeks before check-in.
The day before departure, I contacted the hotel administration to arrange a transfer - everything was fine, and now, it seemed, nothing would spoil the long-awaited vacation.
I arrived at the hotel at night, but there was no place there!!! The receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said that they had an advance payment, but this was not in the description or in the booking conditions in the Booking. Allegedly, they send a mailing list to everyone about the mandatory payment. I can't tell you which mail or folder the delivery letter fell into. Are you guys serious?!
If you don't work out customer requests and ignore the lack of feedback, at least cancel your booking at the Booking Office so as not to mislead people and not leave them on the street at night!!! The hotel was packed, the last guests were supposed to check in the next day, BUT NO ONE offered to at least spend the night.
The rest of the night was spent searching for accommodation at the height of the season and clarifying the relationship with the Booking, since in their system I was safely supposed to check into the miracle hotel at the appointed time.
To say that I was shocked is to say nothing.
And only the next day the hotel changed the status of the hotel reservation - that I did not arrive!!!
We had a rest with my sister from June 15 to 21.Everything is very cool.It's like visiting relatives.The girls are cool.It's all clear.The sea is nearby.What else is needed.Thanks for the reception.Well done, keep it up.

The sea is very close. There are shops by the sea, a variety of cafes.
In the rooms:
- bathroom;
- air conditioning;
- TV;
- balcony with sea and mountain views;
- the parking lot opposite is under surveillance.
- there is a washing machine, powder;
- ironing board, iron.
Opposite is a canteen during the day and a cafe at night with reasonable prices and a good assortment.
We have been breathing hard for two years in a row by companies. The staff is friendly and responsive, organizes car tours at good prices. The rooms are clean and there is free internet. Convenient location near the beach shops pharmacy inexpensive canteens. The very center is near the administration. The price per room is adequate compared to other hotels and rooms.
The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and clean, each room has a balcony, a dryer on the balcony. Irons and ironing boards are freely available on each floor. There are air conditioners, comfortable mattresses.
Very clean, cleaned regularly.

There are several canteens at the exit of the hotel, so there were no problems with food. There are restaurants on the beach line where it is very pleasant to dine with a view of the sea.
The rooms have refrigerators, but they are not allowed to eat in the room for reasons of cleanliness.
We were very satisfied!

There are air conditioners, but there is no wifi in the rooms.
Convenient location in the old Gagra area, which is personally preferable for me than any other area of the town. The beach is 5 minutes away, there are all the necessary shops, cafes, canteens nearby.
The hotel itself is small, but quite fashionable. Clean, cozy rooms with modern furniture, air conditioning and balconies with chairs and a tea table. Nice staff. Everything is cool and without pathos. I gave 4 stars due to the lack of at least breakfast or a minimum buffet and weak wi-fi (applies only to the 1st floor). I had to go down to the lobby to use the Internet.
