I've been to this salon twice for manicures from different masters. Unfortunately, the quality of the work leaves much to be desired. The first time, the shape was made carelessly, there were cuts on the thumbs, and air bubbles on most nails. On top of that, the price was announced significantly higher than it was initially announced.
The second time I came to the salon for the coating removal procedure, but to another master. The master worked very quickly during the removal (apparently there were strict time limits), as a result of which she left wounds. The master also cut the thumbnail too short, as a result of which it was not possible to give an even shape to the nail. In general, it would be possible to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings if, instead of the promised cost of the procedure, they did not charge twice as much again.
I do not recommend using the services of nail service specialists in this salon.

I go to Alexander's for coloring every month. I used to go to this salon for a manicure and noticed the clients who thanked this master very much every time after coloring and haircut. And they left happy. I went to him and didn't regret it. He has taken into account all my wishes and is trying to grow length on my thin, injured, bleached, blonde hair. The receptionist offers tea, coffee, and water. As far as I could see, the clientele is constant to manicurists, pedicurists, hairdressers and an eyebrow specialist.

I was at Alexander's Smart haircut and coloring. I was very pleased with the result! The master was able to find me a haircut and a new color, which I really liked. The Smart haircut option is a great thing, as the master taught me how to style and care for my hair at home, which were very useful. I would also like to mention the pleasant modern interior of the cabin, courteous service and convenient headwash.

Of the cons:
-a tense atmosphere (most likely the hostess is nearby, it feels like the workers are shackled).
- they're asking for cash...for a salon with such a price tag, stealing cash from customers is unpleasant.
-now they are trying to make a manicure from cheaper materials, for the same price, and it is clear that the hostess is contrasting all this.
I won't go any more)
P.S. Girls appreciate your work and your clients, you do a high-quality job.... The time when it was cool to breed a "sucker" is over.

1.Pleasant atmosphere
2. The cafe inside
3. There is an administrator who is in her place and the soul of the institution
4. There are craftsmen who work quickly (they manage to get a manicure /pedicure in an hour and a half)
Minuses:
1. It so happened that my records were transferred to the masters twice. They warned me once in an hour, and another time in a few hours.
And when you sign up for a beauty salon on the eve of an important day, you usually don't expect an approach.
The blame was made up for with coffee and cookies)
2. Quality. It goes for 3.5-4 on a five-point scale. You need somewhere to tell you how you want, somewhere to control the evenness.
3. Quite a lot of abrasions after the procedure, sometimes wounds. Yes, the capillaries may be close. You can discuss and not go to the perfect level and not leave a scratch.
I wish only the best for this format of the institution, but perhaps I will not trust myself anymore.

It was as if the strands had been torn in pieces. It is impossible to lay, there is no way without laying. Five days have passed, tomorrow I'm going to get a haircut, but to another salon. Not here anymore.
