We visited the Nong Nooch Garden and were pleasantly surprised and even delighted by this work of art. The garden is gorgeous! There are many diverse and amazing locations, a huge variety of plant species and sculptures! We also visited a folklore show and an elephant show, an amazing car park and a pond with ancient fish! We booked an excursion to the Khao Kheo Zoo. A mini-bass arrived for us on time, as agreed (the night before, a message was sent to WhatsApp who would arrive and at what time). We've been to the zoo many times already, but my daughter loves to go there, so we went for the tenth time)) it seems to me that all animals recognize us already)) We were lucky to have a guide, Alexey told us a lot of interesting facts about animals, took his time, we liked him very much, he was smiling and friendly. We took the sliced carrots with us, fed the deer, they were all ours)) They followed us around and poked their muzzles into my daughter's backpack. Take it into service. The carrot was liked by rhinoceros, elephants, tapirs, porcupines, and even small Mormozet monkeys. The kangaroos didn't have enough carrots, but I think they would have liked it too. The biggest delight is of course the lemurs! Be sure to take a check-in there, it is paid additionally, 50 baht in total, plus 20 baht for food. But they are stunningly beautiful and cool, tame, you can cuddle them, sit on your shoulder and eat delicious food. My 13-year-old daughter was delighted. Yes, and I also enjoyed hugging these miles.

In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel's chic restaurant with a huge variety of national dishes and an Apsara show. Coincidentally, on this day, January 2nd, it was my birthday. Guide Alyona made sure that it became unforgettable by organizing a birthday cake from the chef. By the way, the dessert was very tasty!
The next day, January 3, we went to the main pearl of the region, the Angkor Wat temple complex, the capital of the ancient Khmer Empire. The majestic temple ensemble impresses with its scale and architectural beauty. Built in the 12th century, Angkor Wat symbolizes the power and grandeur of the ancient state. The stone walls, decorated with bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Hindu mythology, are amazing. The complex consists of many temples, each of which has its own unique architecture and history. In the center of the complex stands the main temple, the symbolic center of the universe dedicated to the god Vishnu.
Angkor Wat is surrounded by dense jungle, adding to the mystery of this place. Exploring this ancient city, you can feel the breath of history, imagining how many centuries ago life was in full swing here, ceremonies and celebrations took place.

So, I understand that it's my own fault that I decided to book a transfer too late, but:
1. I make an order at 12 o'clock Thai time for a transfer to Koh Chang - Pattaya.
2. They take an advance payment.
3. No message all day, nothing.
4. At 19.20 I write to ask if everything is in order, to which they reply that there are no seats, the transfer has been canceled. 19.20!!! They offer in return a transfer the next day, or a refund. I choose the latter, because why do I need a transfer on another day? The result: "refund within 5 days." Badumtsss...
I understand everything, I'm a fool myself that I decided to drop the transfer the day before departure. But why not write earlier? Why only after my question in the evening? As a result: I have no transfer, I have to leave in the morning, all the local ones will not help me anymore, at 8 pm you will not find anything in Thailand.
The cherry on the cake: "refund within 5 business days."
I rarely leave reviews, but I was blown away.
Before that, I ordered a bkk-Pattaya transfer from them with a surcharge of 600 baht for the "New Year holidays". The driver fell asleep all the way and only woke up when he pulled into the next lane, one of the most stressful trips of my life. I did not leave a review then, because I understand that the site is just a service that is looking for local offices.

I bought an excursion for a family: two adults + two children to the Columbia Pictures water park on 12/17.23, on the eve of 12/16.23 they had to notify about the time of collection from the hotel from 21:00 to 21:30. No messages were received, I started calling the dispatcher myself at 21:45 - he was able to give information only at 22:10 that a minivan would arrive for us and pick us up on 12/17/23 at 09:30. We sat until 09:45, no one arrived, started calling the dispatcher, picked up the phone, said he would clarify and give information. The time is 10:00, there is no information, no mini-van, he just doesn't answer my calls. My wife started calling, got through, wanted to clarify - why do they do this to us: they took the prepayment, they disrupt the time, they don't answer the calls, where is the service and customer orientation?? The dispatcher just opened the text, sent it in three letters and hung up... this is the number! The hotel manager has already approached, sees that we are nervous - I told him the whole story, he called from his phone - the dispatcher picked up the phone, after that an individual transport arrived for us. But, the time was already 10:40, i.e. we just sat in the lobby for more than an hour with a spoiled mood for our own money (I paid 6,400 baht). On the way back, we agreed that we would be picked up at 17:00, of course, no one picked us up - they waited until 17:30 - no one. As a result, I called a taxi and left on my own. It's just some kind of ppc. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of these assholes. If you want to go to the water park, order a taxi and buy tickets yourself (1 ticket per adult is 990 baht, simple math: 4*990= 3960 baht, children above 120 cm are charged as an adult; plus a one-way taxi is 600 baht, a total of 5200 baht and no problems and nerves with these "organizers vacation" from Pattaya online.

We used their visa-run service to Laos for 3 days.
Firstly, our program indicated that we would receive a 90-day visa for 8,990 baht and no additional expenses were indicated. And as a result, we received a visa for 60 days with the possibility to extend it at the immigration office for 1900 baht. The money for two is not small. In other programs, such information was provided. When we wrote to support asking for a refund of 1900 baht, we were told that this "does not really apply to their service, but thank you, we will correct the information on the site." Thus, we were misinformed, for example, it was enough for us to make two border runs, it would even be a little cheaper.
Secondly, the program indicated "meals" for 3 days of the trip, we were fed only 4 times.
Thirdly, we were not told what, where, how and when to expect us at all stages: even what time we should leave Pattaya. We were constantly walking around like fools and asking what was waiting for us next. Imagine a situation: you drive for 12 hours, pass the border, and then immediately without food, you are brought to the embassy, where you stand in line in the sun for 4 hours. Very thoughtful, isn't it.
