I want to share my positive shopping experience at Onyx store. After calling the manager beforehand, I ordered an air conditioner by phone. The seller said that the delivery will take 10-12 days. After making an advance payment of 5,000 rubles, I began to wait for my order.
Imagine my surprise when, 4 days later, the store called me and informed me that my order was ready for delivery! I was pleasantly amazed by such prompt delivery.
When I arrived at the store, I was convinced of the high level of service. The sellers were polite and professional. They accepted the remaining payment amount after I inspected the air conditioner, but also helped load it into the car.
