I have ordered equipment from this store since 2018 and recommended it to friends when there were few customers and communication was good and discounts, but now that communication has gained momentum, they do not know how to use a calculator and do not respond to comments, here is an example, I wanted to order headphones and their price is $ 190 and above, a course is written on which you need to count(provided by the store) 3.15 and that's what they tell me "650p with delivery"
, I reread and ask how much the delivery costs and they tell me that 30p, I answer that the amount should be different and the amount decreased by 10p but still the rounding went the other way, the money is not big but still, that's what they say what if you found it cheaper, write to make the price better for you, wound it worked, but now they are sarcastically responding to your messages "thank you for the information" I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO BUY EQUIPMENT HERE
There are other stores with better service and prices
I'll just add that a week before I bought 15 pro max 256gb natural titan from them, and before that there were about 5 more phones, a pair of Apple Watches, listen to this review!

In September 20 (yes, it was the 20th: now, in 24, I came across this "wonderful" store again when buying another phone and was not too lazy to write a review here, because then neither the site (only instagram), nor even on the map it was not) purchased a mobile. The phone is iPhone 11 (128 GB). The store was recommended by friends, the company seems to have been working for about 5 years - there was no doubt.
At first, I liked everything, a polite guy talked, told me everything, explained, the price pleased, ordered - brought on the same day. The box is sealed, everything is confirmed on the official website, they gave as a gift an adapter from an Asian plug to ours, a case and glass (the cheapest, of course; and the glass, as it turned out, was not for this phone at all) - everything is fine, if not for one thing ...
A few days later a defect (marriage) was discovered Cameras: a dark, barely noticeable spot on one of the two cameras.
We called the seller and agreed to drive up and solve the situation on the spot. It all started with the fact that we were told that we need to call up to consult with the service center for this, "this is generally not a 90% warranty case" and the answer will be given only the next day. And it ended up that either we pay 15-20 dollars extra and they change our phone to a new one, or they return the money to us (at that time the dollar exchange rate was jumping and at that price we would not have bought elsewhere and in order to buy elsewhere, we had to pay more anyway), or we give it to an indefinite period (a month and a half, as we were told) in the service. To my question, "what should we pay extra for if you legally have to change it for free?" we were told that we can tell you that we do not have them available...
My wife did not want to deal with this dishonest seller and as a result we paid $ 10 extra for what we should change for free (and this despite the fact that we did not even remove the factory film from this phone).
Here is such a seller that for $ 10 he is ready to lose his reputation and customers. And if they were ready to change the phone for free, as it should be, they would have already bought the 3rd phone from them in the store, even if they could have found it cheaper.
Naturally, I do not recommend it to anyone and strongly advise you to avoid this store.

Not decent guys!
We did not accept a coupon for a discount of 20 rubles! Although it's not even 1% of the amount. When you buy a phone, you are given a warranty card and it says that there is a 20 rub discount on the next purchase. So I showed this coupon to the courier, he says everything is cool, he made a discount, I gave them the money, he gave me the phone and I left. And lo and behold, he called back and said that he needed to go out and pay 20 rubles extra. At first, I referred to what I was buying for a promotion and there was no discount, although there was no promotion and there was not a word about it in the coupon! Then he began to refer to something like you bought a long time ago, like two years have passed, what do you want, although there is not a word about it in the coupon either. But come on, I gave them 20 rubles. It would seem everything, but no, there are still questions) I gave the case for the Pro version, but I have a regular one. I called him, I said that I need to change, he agreed, said that I would finish with the deliveries and give him a ride. That's how you'd end up with me to begin with, but no. As a result, I called him three times, he says yes, I'm taking him soon, I remember about you, but in the end there was silence, no courier or cover. It seems they were just offended by the coupon situation. And now it's not clear, either this courier is so smart and just wanted 20 rubles for himself, or it's so accepted in their company, and they just told him that he would pay this 20 himself and he went to such measures!
