We had a rest with the company, we were very satisfied. Everything is at a high level: clean, tidy, there is everything you need for a quality holiday. Separately, we would like to note the customer orientation and goodwill of the administrators, an excellent sauna complex, especially the hammam. Good day everyone! We are celebrating a birthday at the manor for the fourth year in a row. They also recommended it to their friends. Everything is at the highest level, cleanliness, comfort, and a warm atmosphere. There is everything you need for a feast. The staff is very helpful, both Angelica and Nikita. A great place for a company of 10-12 people) advantage: there are 2 baths with large enough shelves, this is a big plus) everyone can bask without embarrassing each other! The pool is deep and clean! There is a large communal table where everyone can sit and chat freely) it is convenient that there is also a barbecue area! We celebrated my daughter's birthday. I liked everything very much. The receptionist, Angelica Autumn, was friendly and helped with all requests. There are many separate rooms with bathrooms, which is very comfortable for guests. The pool is very comfortable in temperature, but it is too deep -160 cm deep somewhere. I advise everyone!

The anniversary was celebrated in Omolon on March 8th. We were very satisfied with everything: the location, the attitude towards the guests, the cleanliness, the silence, the nature. Without any problems, 20 people comfortably accommodated for the night. We ordered a sauna and a Jacuzzi for tomorrow. Everything is at the highest level. Highly recommend it! We look forward to the next occasion to visit here again.

Hello everyone
We celebrated the wedding in this manor and were so satisfied that we go to the bathhouse only here!
A super large event hall on the ground floor, where you can make noise, sing songs and arrange an atmospheric feast with all the ideas that come to mind.
A cool area at the entrance to the manor and also behind it. Where you can arrange an atmosphere with light bulbs and get high on the view and place in the evening at sunset)
The pool has a very good temperature of water, it is not cold and you can safely jump into it and not get goosebumps)
There are two baths that everyone will find a place to sit to their liking.
Also, one of the most important aspects when choosing a manor was the sleeping places.
There are many rooms with double beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, which is not a little important for a comfortable stay!
The house is fresh and very cool, the prices are quite comfortable, considering that it is all 5-10 minutes from the MKAD.
I am very glad that I found such a place.

The best place in recent times. You won't find them inside the MKAD. Clean, beautiful, everything is new, spacious and cozy at the same time. TV, sound, connection, dishes, slippers and so on - all without problems. The main thing is a very comfortable attitude towards the guests, with care and patience, politely. Hammam and steam room, very warm pool, wonderful.
A vat on the street is a must, you will not regret it.

It's a great place. Everything is clean, everything is brand new, the receptionist is wonderful! It will solve any of your questions instantly. The pool is comfortable, the sauna is cool, you can add water. The rooms are super, each room has its own shower and toilet. The font on the street is filled with new water for each client, foam is added, the font is high, I recommend taking it! You won't want to climb out. I will recommend it to everyone!

After visiting this place, I can give a plausible review! The review is not a fake one for the money, but a real one.
The house itself is not bad, in some places dirty furniture is damaged with smells of not freshness, of course.There are sweaty socks in the hammam .The water in the pool is muddy!!!a lot of bleach.After visiting this pool, I got a rash on my skin, it itched.Taking a shower, all the water drains into the pool, into the hammam, the sauna, and all because the sewer is clogged.There is a torn-off iron corner with sharp elements near the pool , it is not difficult to get hurt by it .There is also a sauna on the territory of the house, where the "watchers" live, who move around the entire territory at night.
And they have access to the house at any time.
The house is good for a large company, to swell up, sing songs, yell, swim and get drunk in clothes.
It is clearly not suitable for family holidays with children .

The cottage was filmed for the celebration of the second wedding day on 21.10.2023. Among the advantages: A good location, a cozy courtyard with everything necessary for cooking kebabs. A huge number of dishes and appliances. Excellent renovation of the bedrooms and a generally pleasant and cozy house. Excellent banquet hall with TVs and audio system. Set-top box and karaoke on the ground floor.
Of the minuses: it didn't smell nice in the hammam, apparently something broke with the aromatization system, it was cool in the bedrooms of the 3rd floor. Well, we didn't have enough karaoke in the basement.
These disadvantages could not spoil the impression. Many thanks to the administrator for the help and coordination!

The wedding was celebrated at the manor. We are insanely glad that we have chosen this wonderful place! Spacious, clean, gentrified territory, comfortable conditions for the celebration, as well as enough space to accommodate all guests for the night. And most importantly – a convenient location. The estate is located not far from Minsk (only 5 km), so there were no problems with calling a taxi even in the middle of the night.
I would like to express my special gratitude to Angela, who not only met us in every possible way and assisted in the preparation, but also prompted us to trusted contractors, thanks to whom the holiday was wonderful, and all the guests were delighted.

We filmed this complex for a birthday celebration.
The complex has a very convenient location near the city. It is spacious enough and the stated number of guests will be accommodated in separate rooms with private bathrooms.
There is a kitchen with oven cabinets, a lot of different dishes. Large living rooms, both on the ground floor and in the basement. Barbecue area. The sauna complex (two baths and a swimming pool) deserves special mention - everything was super.
The minor disadvantages include the unobtrusive smell of humidity near the entrance to the room with a swimming pool and baths. In general, there were untidy corners around the house, which slightly blurred the overall impression.
Also keep in mind that during the frost period, there may be small problems with the font on the street (it will simply be unavailable), which in general is not a disadvantage, just a fact.
To sum up, Omolon is a great place with a wide range of services provided. I would come here again myself. Thank you.

For your money, a good vacation option for up to 12 people. Large hall, table, dishes. There is karaoke, a barbecue (although I had to clean it myself). Nice sauna and swimming pool. But there are a number of disadvantages. Or flaws. The claimed PlayStation, which I additionally asked about on the phone, turned out to be a non-working PS3. In the hammam, it was possible to burn the heat from the temperature of the seat. And the steam generator was spitting water with a musty smell. Otherwise, we were satisfied

A company of 11 people (4 of them children of different ages) rested from April 28 to April 30, 2024. I really liked everything: a lot of bedrooms (I counted like 9), each with its own bathroom, 4 floors, fully filled) two kitchens. And the sauna, hammam and swimming pool! And the font! Everything is awesome, clean, which is amazing, well maintained))) wonderful administrator Angelica)) It's so crazy that we'll come back again! I recommend it to everyone)

Cool cottage, I recommend it! We rested there with friends (15 people), steamed in the Finnish sauna and hammam, jumped into the cool pool after that and enjoyed the font outside. On the downside, ants appeared on the ground floor, everything was clean and tidy on the second floor.

Everything was great, but there are a couple of NOTES. When choosing a place, the main factors were a large swimming pool and a hammam. Unfortunately, the pool turned out to be not 5* 2 as indicated in the description, but 3* 2. And the second nuance is that the hammam did not work. If this is not the main thing when choosing, then I can safely recommend to visit: a very cozy and spacious place, karaoke, outdoor Jacuzzi and high ceilings of 4 meters.

A huge territory, an impressive number of bedrooms and bathrooms. nodes in the same bedrooms, cool renovation, nice admins. 2 types of baths, a swimming pool, a font - a pure thrill. Of the disadvantages, I can only note that it was the summer period and the number of insects interfered with the rest a little, but this is not the fault of the complex. Also. it would be nice to modify the karaoke system a little (install another one, or change the principle of its operation). I will shoot this complex again!

16.08 we celebrated our birthday here. Firstly, there were dried leftovers on the appliances and we had to wash everything. Secondly, there was dirty bed linen and there was hair in it and there were some stains. The apogee of everything was that we woke up at 10 a.m., and there were some people on the territory and brought their food to the cottage while we were resting, although it was prescribed that the eviction was at 11.00-11.30. The administrator replied to our dissatisfaction that he did not solve anything here. We wrote about this situation personally, they replied that they would sort it out and contact us, but after 2 days no one contacted us. So if you want to sleep on dirty bed linen, eat with unwashed appliances and see strangers in the morning, then feel free to contact here

We celebrated a family holiday in early March of the 23rd year. There were 8 adults and 8 children. We are comfortably accommodated. For our taste, it was slightly cool in the bedrooms, but not critical. You also need to understand that there is practically no yard on the territory and this is a manor only if you use it as a house with a bathhouse. There is no such thing that children can kick a ball or any other outdoor activities. Except outside the territory, but there are no conditions there either

There is no more such a complex 5 km from Minsk, especially for a large company.
Spacious rooms, rooms, personal amenities in each, and this is very convenient (no queues to brush your teeth in the morning), the banquet hall is excellent, and the bathhouse is super!!!
Nice staff, always in touch, the administrator on the spot is very nice and always helps in various little things.
This complex is our favorite!
