Very clean pools. A comfortable recreation area. There are 4 pools with different degrees of heating. Beautiful and green territory with a lawn and various plants. Very polite staff. There is table tennis, billiards and a volleyball net on site. There is also a large barbecue area where you can roast shish kebab, cook pilaf and even cocktail. We were there recently, and we really liked everything.

A nice recreation area. I have been resting for about 5 times in a row. This year we took a suite room, I liked that you can not take bathrobes, towels and slippers with you. But don't forget the hair dryer. I was disappointed that there were not enough staff this year. In the morning there was an influx in the dining room, the girls did not have time to wash the dishes for the guests. Well, in general, everything is great. Have a good rest! Book rooms sooo early

This is a great hotel. I liked it very much. The rooms are great, the linen is new, there is no clean smell. The canteen is something, the prices are like in a cool pub in Almaty. We agree to pay, but we didn't enjoy the meal. So-so. The Kaganate canteen is 100% better. The breakfast surprised me. Satisfying, nutritious, varied.
