Disgusting work over the Internet.
One order hung for almost a week and as a result was unilaterally refused because there was no product. However, even after that, the site indicates the update of the leftovers and the product is there.
The second order from Minsk to the region was delivered almost 3 (THREE!!!) Weeks! They got something mixed up, then they waited for the car for a week. Is this a serious retail chain, waiting for a car for a week?
The third order, which is in stock in my city(!) they are collected on the second day. I decided to save time, order online in the morning and just come pick it up in the evening, because they write in stock and pickup "today". As a result, this "today" stretched for almost two days. The support service can't say anything intelligible, wait for the readiness message and that's it.
Three times out of three I regretted that I got involved.
Terrible job.

She pressed one button to call the staff - it turned out not to be his department, pressed another one (with both next to each other, two steps away from each other) - the girl also replied that it was not her department, but she brought a stepladder...search for pens. I didn't find it!
It turned out that there is more choice in the Build and the prices are lower.
