Now they have begun to fall a little short of the ideal. It takes a long time to prepare, but as an alternative to fast food it will come off with a bang. They have a good barbecue and a sauce of fresh tomatoes for samsa (not tomato paste). It's cramped and hot inside, and it's dusty to sit at a table outside, since there is a highway nearby.
