Good afternoon, this is Bukhara samsa, it is much smaller than the traditional one, the dough is thin, tender like lavash. It comes with tomato sauce in the form of Satsabel, in general, honestly, it's probably the most delicious samsa I've eaten. The staff is very friendly as usual in Asia.
