Good afternoon, this is Bukhara samsa, it is much smaller than the traditional one, the dough is thin, tender like lavash. It comes with tomato sauce in the form of Satsabel, in general, honestly, it's probably the most delicious samsa I've eaten. The staff is very friendly as usual in Asia.
Half a year ago, there was a delicious Alat soames. We stopped visiting this place, although we live near it. Now we go to another institution. I ask the owner of this establishment to pay attention to the quality of meat in soames. There are no complaints about the staff.
