A very comfortable and eco-friendly hotel. I was struck by the elevator - it's unrealistic to carry a heavy suitcase upstairs with my back.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. He goes to meet and helps tourists.
The center is not far away, it is convenient on foot and also by transport.
I recommend it!

To be honest, I didn't really like the Olivia Hotel, I spent 4 nights and days here. In my opinion, it does not pull at the declared "three stars", although it is located in the very center of Bishkek. What I didn't like was the torn bed linen, a very "skittish" shower, which accelerates for a long time to warm water in the tap, and then jumps from cold water to hot. For a long time, according to the instructions, I tried to put the safe available in the room into operation, but only after calling a specialist it turned out that the combination should be finished with the letter not B, as in the instructions, but A. Well, so, in small things. And so in general, of course, thanks to the hotel for the hospitality. The breakfast buffet was quite tasty. The convenient location of the hotel in the city.

Great hotel. All in greenery, in the center of Bishkek, conveniently located, quiet, calm, safe, cozy. Good, fresh breakfasts, good pastries, chefs always bake everything themselves every day, the perfect price/quality ratio. The hotel has two conference rooms, a lounge area, and an outdoor veranda. Shampoo, shower gel, and toilet soap are always provided in the bathroom. Very clean, cozy, everything is thought out. Everything is well thought out in the room: two beds, two chairs, a table, an electric kettle, cups with dishes, glasses, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a TV, a telephone. Drinking water and tea are provided daily. I recommend staying in this beautiful, colorful, fabulous hotel!

The breakfasts are delicious and varied!
There is a microwave and a cooler in the dining room.
You can ask for dishes and warm up your food.
The room has an electric kettle,
a cooler in the hall with cold and hot water.
Pleasant and courteous staff!
Minus 1 star for the condition of the rooms:
cosmetic repairs are required, Electrical outlets are hanging on the wires, problems with the toilet drain.
Inconvenient and unnecessary glass partition on the bathroom - it is difficult to enter / exit
(it is easier to hang a curtain).
Mattresses are soft with springs, they fall through, it is painful to sleep

Nice hotel. Polite staff. The room was nice, spacious, well cleaned, clean bathroom and underfloor heating. Not a bad breakfast. Among the disadvantages: the terrible air in Bishkek, when the air conditioner was turned on, this air was pumped into the room and it even tickled the throat and nose. Without air conditioning, it was cool one night when the temperature dropped below -10. Also, you will not be able to register yourself with the PSC using a hotel certificate — the building is listed in the database as uninhabited. But this can be fixed if you apply for registration at the reception and pay 2000 SOM.

Although in the center, but in the private sector without lighting nearby and you need to watch where you step. The rooms are quite on the 3* level, but the breakfast was disappointing: cheap cheese, sausage and bread. I didn't try baking, I decided not to risk it, but I didn't want to take it in my hands, the juice is so diluted that it's more like a Yup than juice, they don't clean the tables, mountains of dirty dishes are for you as a neighbor. If only passing through and for a day.
