Everything is fine, except for the accessibility of public transport and infrastructure in general. But for that, it's a very private atmosphere.
A huge technical floor, it's cool to drive communications there, but I would also make huge storerooms there for residents, so much free space is disappearing ☺️
The area is nice, but on the brochure. A school and kindergarten were promised between Olympic-2 and the Reserve. We recently learned from the local education committee that nothing like this will appear.
People in the sales office continue to be told fairy tales, and we are waiting for new projects and houses instead of the promised school and kindergarten. They will probably be even more "elite" and will block everyone else's view of the Reserve.

Beauty. The eye is happy, there is a lot of greenery around, a playground, a beautiful territory with flowers. And this complex continues to be built further. Real estate prices are off the charts, but you want to live there!
Excellent layout of apartments, courtyard area. We chose from several apartments with partial or complete renovation. I was surprised that almost everything was done by one person (Cool Master). The quality is excellent. Walls, painting, flooring, ventilation, air conditioning. Well done guys!!!
Everything would be fine, the houses don't look bad, parking. But it is not realistic to drive up by truck for unloading, especially the average entrance. And there is no direct passage. No one thought about this when designing. They probably decided that there are movers who will carry everything.
A wonderful complex. Everything for a healthy lifestyle is nearby. Learn about life, gain intelligence, otherwise you will not have enough money to buy an apartment there.
It's a quiet and cozy place to live)) there is still a lot of landscaping work to be done, but there is always order here, birds are singing outside the window and nothing in this complex has ever flooded!)
