After visiting the olim ota cafe in Bukhara, I tasted the best pilaf in my life! A delicious, flavorful dish cooked according to a traditional Bukhara recipe won my heart. The rice was perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender, and the spices added a special flavor to this dish.
The atmosphere of the cafe was very cozy and welcoming, the service was at the highest level. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention I received.
By the way, pilaf in Uzbek is osh
I recommend everyone to visit this cafe and try their Bukhara pilaf. I am sure that you will not regret and will be satisfied with this visit.
