A hotel for those who can afford to be alone and not choose network solutions:
Single travelers, those who want to save money, those who don't care about the acoustics in the room!) in general I recommend it, the main thing is not to pay attention to the noise on the streets and not to get irritated by it. The area itself is something like the Clerkenwell area in London, always crowded, noisy, party-like, but overall interesting.
Rather for the young than for those who care about status!
I liked the hotel, for quite reasonable money, good location and high-quality services. It is located in the city center, 12 minutes walk to the Old Town, 10 minutes to the embankment, 15 minutes to the Aeroexpress stop to the airport. Nearby there are cafes, supermarkets, and in the morning a beautiful azan is heard from the nearest mosque. Continental breakfasts include porridge or omelette (to choose from), cold snacks (cheese, sausage and vegetable cuts, boiled egg, cupcake or pancake) and tea /coffee / juice. Everything is very tasty and the restaurant staff, upon request, will prepare an additional dish, help, prompt… The receptionists are friendly at the reception, check in quickly, help with a suitcase. The room is cozy, there is a kettle and a set of dishes, replenished daily with water / tea / coffee / sugar and hygiene products, there is also a bathrobe and slippers, high-quality cleaning. Audibility is present, but if you get up no later than 08 a.m. and go to bed no earlier than 11 p.m., then it absolutely does not interfere. The only thing I would like is coffee beans for breakfast, and a softer pillow in the room)))
I really liked the hotel, stayed from October 2nd to 8th.
Excellent location - in authentic streets, 7-10 minutes walk to the Old Town.
The hotel is well renovated, air conditioning, everything works, there is an elevator.
Teapot, cups, glasses; tea, coffee, water bottles, washing and shower accessories - it's all replenished daily.
Towels were changed daily, daily cleaning.
Excellent Wi-Fi.
A good breakfast is a plate with cold appetizers (sausage, cheeses, butter, honey, olives, vegetables, biscuit/cupcake) + sausage or egg + omelet or semolina / oatmeal porridge + coffee / tea / juice, they never went hungry.
There was an early departure for the tour - breakfast was brought to our room in the evening (its cold part).
In the evening, the hotel restaurant works as a restaurant, European cuisine, local wine/beer, everything is delicious.
The restaurant staff is polite, friendly, welcoming, and speaks Russian.
The hotel can book and pay for excursions, there are avenues. The tour is taken either from the hotel or a local travel agency ordered a taxi to the pick-up point.
A taxi pulls up to the hotel, which is a plus.
I would like to note separately the work of the administrators - very polite, friendly young people, all speak Russian, they were always ready to help, prompt.
I highly recommend the hotel, the impression was wonderful.
Of the disadvantages, I can note not very comfortable pillows and the lack of lamps next to the headboard - you won't read it (but maybe it was like that in our room).
A cozy, stylish hotel within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Icheri Sheher and the embankment. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes and toiletries. A continental, but hearty and mouth-watering breakfast. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly and made the stay unforgettable.
We lived here for a week. I liked everything very much. Excellent staff, very tasty and hearty breakfast. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, as well as replenished water, tea, coffee daily. The rooms themselves are very clean. We were very satisfied. The rooms are exactly as in the photo, the expectation and reality completely coincided.
I would also like to note a very convenient location, almost all tourist places, the embankment, various cafes, supermarkets are all within walking distance from the hotel. There is also a metro station not far away.
The place is not bad, well located in the old Jewish district, close to the old town. Don't expect luxury, clean but modest. Ask if you will be accommodated on the attic floor. Then the window will be only in the ceiling. I don't like that. In the evening we had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant, very good cuisine and local wine.
The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the old town, the embankment. The rooms are clean enough, the ceilings are high, a little empty, a small sofa or armchair is missing. We could hear the washing machine very clearly somewhere nearby.
The breakfasts are not very diverse and they include only instant coffee.
Owners, do not squeeze, make coffee from the coffee machine free for breakfast)

A very nice and cozy hotel near the old town. The staff speaks Russian, young people are always happy to help you and give you some suggestions. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town, it's a bit far to the nearest metro station, 20 minutes, it's close to the embankment - also 10-15 minutes. It is located on a narrow street, not noisy, quite a quiet place. There are shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby. The rooms are clean, new, good Internet, there is everything you need: a hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, towels are changed every day. They clean well. We were in October, a little fresh in the room in the morning. But the weather itself in Baku is cool, 18 degrees. Breakfast is included in the price. It includes a cold plate (sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, honey, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, cupcake, sausage or egg) and a hot dish of your choice (omelet or porridge), tea, instant coffee, a basket of bread. Everything is very tasty and edible, well, and quite satisfying. We lived in a room with a skylight. There is a little noise from curious crows and pigeons who like to "peek" at you through the blinds, perhaps this fact bothers someone. But the windows open, you can stand on a chair and open the window, if necessary. In general, I recommend the hotel, as the price is much lower than in the old town itself, and the quality is not inferior.
A very nice hotel. Excellent location, all the sights are within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. A hearty breakfast. Good daily room cleaning.
We lived from April 3-8, 2024, convenient location, walking distance to the old town, to the embankment, a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The room is spacious, bright, the furniture is new, the bed and pillows are comfortable, cleaned every day and towels were changed. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, dishes, a TV. The noise from the street is audible (people's voices and the noise of cars) but it did not bother us.
Overall, my impressions are positive.
+Excellent location, close to the main attractions
+Clean rooms with a comfortable bed, large shower
+Friendly staff who try to help
-Poor window sound insulation: in the evenings you can hear bass and music from passing cars
- Terrible iron, tiny, does not iron at all
-Extremely uncomfortable pillows: small and hard
Good day to all! We were at this hotel from 06/03/2024 to 06/09/2024, the hotel is within walking distance to the embankment and the historical center of Baku. The room is clean, all the accessories are there: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel, shaving machine, etc. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality and attention!!! The breakfasts are standard: coffee, tea, omelette, porridge and everything is very friendly!!! Thank you very much for your hard work and attention, we had no problems extending the room for 3 hours when leaving the hotel, since the flight was in the evening! We fell in love with Baku and want to come back to you!!!
A wonderful hotel. It is small and very cozy. We were given a room on the second floor with large windows facing the street. The room has hygiene products, including a shaving kit, toothbrushes and even a disposable comb. There are bathrobes and slippers. A kettle, a safe and daily updated water bottles. A beautiful lobby and a pleasant restaurant. Breakfasts: standard sets (3 types of sausage, cheese, olives, honey, soft cheese and pancake), a choice of porridge (oatmeal or semolina) or omelet or fried eggs. It was delicious!
Good location - all the sights are within walking distance.
I recommend this hotel!
We have stayed at this hotel twice already. Very polite and helpful staff, the location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance, a historic colorful building. Among the disadvantages are the constant current plumbing and a very meager assortment at breakfast. In general, the price-quality ratio is quite reasonable.
Very cozy hotel, perfectly located within walking distance from the center and the old town.
Friendly, friendly staff, clean, fresh rooms, located in a beautiful colorful house built in 1896 with an absolutely modern, functional interior.
Daily cleaning. Not a bad restaurant with decent breakfasts.
You can sit in the evening with a glass of wine or something stronger to good music.
One caveat: a transfer from the airport is 6 times more expensive than a taxi, but this is basically the case almost everywhere.
The location is wonderful, located in the old town! The breakfast is average.
Russians are loved in Baku, at the reception we were presented with an unlimited certificate for tasting Azerbaijani wines!
The hotel is located in an old mansion in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all major attractions. There is a restaurant with tasting of various wines. There is no parking , the hotel faces a narrow one - way street .
A wonderful little hotel. It is a 5-minute walk from Fountain Square and the Old Town. The hotel is well cleaned, the hotel itself is new, clean, with all amenities. The included breakfast is very decent.
A very cozy little hotel, wonderful breakfasts. I needed to move from a single room to a local room, the administration made a bonus: they cleaned the 2-bed room in the first place and I moved comfortably. Convenient location from the main attractions. I recommend.
A beautiful, new, modern hotel 10 minutes from the old town. A very tasty restaurant. Good breakfasts are served in the morning. The rooms are clean. There is everything you need.
This is an excellent hotel! Aesthetics, comfort, maximum hospitality, great location, great room, delicious breakfasts! The administrator Denis helped with all the questions! Well done!
Nice cozy hotel. Located close to the old town. An important quality for any hotel is the friendliness of the staff and it is here. The room has all the necessary hygiene supplies. The breakfast is continental, but quite decent. The coffee is delicious!
Nice, cozy hotel in the very center of the city. It's a great restaurant.

A very small but cozy hotel in the very center of Baku (a 10-minute leisurely walk to the old city)
Of the nuances: good audibility, breakfast is not a buffet (but you can have a snack with porridge or scrambled eggs), the shower is malfunctioning, most of the staff does not speak Russian well. If you live on the ground floor, then you will not be able to open the curtains, because they will always look at you otherwise)
Many thanks to Denis for his responsiveness, help with suitcases and charging) as well as the wonderful fairies of cleanliness!
The location is fire.
Towels are too chlorinated - it is necessary to reduce the amount of chlorine, otherwise it is impossible to dry off.
The breakfasts are sad, you don't have to take them and eat outside the hotel.
The food service is excellent.
The staff are all super helpful! The best.
I would stop again))
The sound insulation was too poor: with the windows closed, it was impossible to fall asleep at night from the noise of cars passing under the windows. I don't recommend it.
