I stayed from September 1st to 5th. Convenient location. The room has everything you need. Despite the hot weather (+32 ,+36), the room was cool, the split was not turned on. I was pleased with the absence of mosquitoes, although there was no net on the window. Breakfast is served from 9 am to 10.30 am. Boiled eggs, two types of cheese, sausage, butter, cottage cheese, eggplant, fruits. As well as chocolate balls, milk, cookies. Coffee. Hospitable, friendly staff. Good sound insulation, beautiful view from the shared terrace, free Wi-Fi. There are many Russian channels on TV. Among the disadvantages: the lack of shampoo and shower gel. There are only three clothes hangers in the closet

We stayed here from March 22 to March 27, 2025. 4th floor, room 402. Now I've read the reviews and really, I agree that the shower is not thought out, all the water in the bathtub is on the floor and splashes and all this drains into one narrow strip. The bathroom is very cold and smells damp. Yes, the batteries are not very warm, but now it's +18 + 20 degrees outside during the day and it's not cold at all. We stayed in October. Convenient location in the "old" part of the city. The room on the third floor is spacious and clean. There is a kettle, refrigerator, TV, WI-FI. The bathroom also has everything you need (shampoo, gel, toothbrush, toothpaste) Breakfast is served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friendly staff (speak Russian, English)
