In general, everything is the same as everywhere else in terms of deadlines, etc. Everything is fine with the size of the ball. But after installing it under a masking net, I found a good dent on one of the windows. They promised to come and paint over it with a felt-tip pen. I've been waiting for 1.5 years. In a reputable company, they would have replaced it entirely, I think.

There are no complaints about the quality of the installation and the time of execution. Politeness and friendliness in communication. I take off the star for the fact that when installing the balcony frame, the abundance of construction dust and dirt did not close the door to the balcony. As a result, the walls and furniture in the room were covered with a thick layer of dust. Words cannot express what dirt was in the end not only on the balcony, but also in the room! Otherwise, there are no complaints. Thank you for the promptness, quality and pleasant communication.

We installed a balcony frame with glazing from top to bottom, well, it's been six months somewhere, the flight is normal, there are no leaks, opening/closing is fine. The kitchen was dusty after work, of course, but without complaints.
