We were in the company of girlfriends on Tuesday afternoon, the tables were packed. Pleasant interior, wonderful service, suggested with a choice of drinks. We ordered a poke with salmon, the dish turned out to be delicious and satisfying. The dessert on the menu is listed as "first", "triple", "third", they all ordered different and they were very tender, delicious, different! Cocktails are very interesting, I recommend it)

It's a wonderful place, it was a pleasure to spend time, they show movies from the projector, which is especially exciting. The food is good, the cocktails are good too.
A point was deducted for the fact that many dishes from the menu are missing.

A very cozy place. Convenient location, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Hookah masters are professionals in their field, they always offer various mix options, it turns out a very interesting combination of flavors. Sushi is the most delicious in the city, beautiful serving. The cocktails are perfect, served in beautiful glasses. Delicious coffee. The dances on Friday and Saturday have the best music and a pleasant atmosphere.

They made an excellent hookah, smoked it well. In the institution itself, pleasant music and the atmosphere in general pleased. The receptionist is a very polite and beautiful girl, met, escorted to the place and served the table. The girl at the bar is cheerful and friendly, poured well, her hand is light, which pleased me. They came out drunk, but happy, thanks to the institution, we will come again!

The language does not rise to call this place a restaurant)))a very small establishment with a modern interior, with a minimal menu of simple dishes and snacks, tea/ coffee, alcoholic drinks and not only, hookah. Here! It looks more like a hookah bar) It's just my way. Sometimes they show movies. On weekends after 24 hours the dicoteca (rather for young people, because they are usually attracted by free admission).
Prices are average in the city. The service is attentive.
When you sit at so many tables (or at the bar), you absolutely do not have the feeling of lingering.
But in general, nothing bad... as well as a particularly good one😉

I was at this institution on the weekend. I went especially for a promotional time with a hookah. Tom yam soup- sorry, but it's just fish slurry and not even on coconut cream as indicated on the menu. No shallots, no cherry tomatoes, no mushrooms, no mussels and octopuses. I admit that each institution has its own cooking technology, BUT it's a disaster for the quality of the soup to suffer so much. And this fish that was in the soup, is it from canned food?!
A crazy migraine started from the hookah (provided that she smoked for a little more than an hour).
The dishes, namely a glass teapot and a cup, were stained with old water stains. As a guest of your establishment, it was somehow fu.
Of the advantages, only dessert. The cheesecake was amazing.

Today I visited this institution, which I really regretted, ordered a tom-yam, brought appliances with a hair tangled between a fork and a spoon, I try tom yam, but it is barely warm and not very spicy, it feels like it was cooked the day before yesterday and now the food was heated in a microwave oven, I asked to replace it.They brought it, hot ok, spicy ok, but the squid is boiled and like porridge, the fish is fried and the pork rinds float from it, I was hungry, drank the yushka, paid and left with an unpleasant feeling.For a second, it costs 17p-but it's trash, the worst tom-yam that I've ever tried, how it could be so spoiled-I don't understand.You can barely get 2 points for a cook

It all started with the fact that the security took payment from 4 people in this way:2 were paid in cash, and two had to be debited from the same card. As a result, the girl was written off for 3, although she said that for two and gestured that for two!
The waiter-receptionist... the flow of guests started around 5 a.m.
The dishes were not cleaned by the waiter or as it turned out by the administrator! From there, the passability of the guests went, but the dishes were not cleaned, the glass of the girl from our company was taken to the bar in the amount of 3 pieces. One of the glasses that was standing next to us at the table breaks, a guard comes up, says they say who broke it. The cameras are watching, we really broke it, but a huge question concerned the waiter-administrator, who for an indefinite time did not approach any of the tables without removing empty glasses. We quietly paid, but the fact remains that the waiter-receptionist did not fulfill her duties! As the guard began to argue, cleaning tables is not part of the administrator's duties. The question is, whose duties should these be when there are no waiters? Guests maybe? If so, then at least the cost of entering the institution would be half less than the existing one.There is absolutely no customer orientation, because the issue could have been solved completely differently if the cameras had been viewed by the waiter-administrator. The impression of this place was not positive.

This is not the first time we have visited this institution, we have been at regular times, at a disco, and at a film screening.
The overall impression of the establishment is positive.
Polite, friendly, non-intrusive administrators, unlike some establishments where you already pray that they will move away from you and you can eat normally, everything is immediately on the case.
At the screening of the film, they brought popcorn as a bonus, which was very pleasant. The hookah was made bombastic, thick, saturated smoke and bright taste, in Gomel it has not been possible to try a hookah anywhere else.
I didn't like all the music at the disco, but it's a matter of taste. I would like to note the good work of the guards, who promptly escorted two thumping bodies out of the institution, which prevented other guests from dancing.
We received a lot of positive emotions from each visit.

It's a very small room, everything is smoky with hookahs, hoods can't cope. We drank beer with my sister, there were few people, and when only our table remained, the waiter and bartenders simply stopped noticing us, engaged in their phones and communicating with each other. I had to go to the bar on my own to order. Although the situation is not bad, I will not go there anymore.

Very mixed feelings - I was there 2 times and the impressions are completely opposite:
For the 1st time the service was excellent (if I'm not mistaken, then Kristina worked):
- helped with the choice of both food and cocktails (I found out my preferences, told about the compositions of local drinks and offered them to everyone according to his taste)
- the food was very tasty for everyone (5 people)
- the dishes were brought quickly + the employee was always there and left only positive emotions about the establishment and the general atmosphere.
The 2nd time it was the opposite:
- served by another employee (slowly, without emotion, practically did not approach us)
- everyone's food was tasteless, nothing terrible, but you can cook much tastier at home (the meat was over-dried)

It was disappointing. The waiter is weak, she did not repeat the order, she ran a hundred times and brought one dish and a cocktail each. In principle, I did not take the tray or there are none. The dishes were cooked for 50 minutes. Only we ate in the restaurant. The beef in the salad was not chewed, the chicken smelled sour. They brought everything separately, everyone had to wait to start eating. Two of them felt bad afterwards. Considering that we were celebrating a birthday, no one said that there were discounts. We found out only at the exit, when we had already paid. I do not recommend it.

I didn't like the staff. They didn't say hello. I said that they had booked a table and they had been looking for a reservation for a very long time. Again, they impolitely said that we have new rules and a hookah is required for the table, although these rules were not specified when booking. I have asthma, my friends didn't want a hookah either. Only cocktails and desserts are on the menu. There are no names of the desserts themselves, just numbers and it's unclear what you're ordering. They went to another place.

Disgusting staff, administrators were not allowed into the institution for some fictitious reasons, absolute indifference to visitors. The guards shoved and pushed me and my company, behaved aggressively and boorishly. They came twice, the same thing every time. We are not going to come to this institution anymore. If you want to have a good time, I advise you to avoid this place)
