The hotel was renovated in 2022. We lived in 2 rooms on the 4th floor - one with a view of the Marmara Sea, the second with windows to the courtyard and a balcony + a view of the city and the Armenian church. Both rooms are beautifully furnished. The furniture is new, the beds are comfortable, the mattresses are not sold. Pillows, blankets, everything is fine. We were in March, the heating is due to the air conditioner, you can heat it up to the heat. There are towels in the bathroom, there are disposable gels/soap/shampoo. The plumbing is a little tired, but this does not lead to discomfort. There are disposable slippers in the room. There is audibility (from the street), it was quieter in the room with windows to the courtyard. The problem is perfectly solved with earplugs. Very friendly managers at the reception. They help us, explain, and at our request they gave us teapots and extras. blankets. You can take an umbrella for walking around the city. At the check-out, I managed to forget my laptop bag ((( So the hotel owner and manager Mohammed noticed, called the taxi driver, returned it and brought the bag running! We also paid for half of the cost of the run due to the refund ourselves. In short, the guys have a lot of respect. By location relative to the sights - 15 minutes at a leisurely pace to the very center. Tram T1 is a 12-minute walk down. It is about 15 minutes from the metro from two stations. If there are no bags or suitcases, they are easy to pass. It's already tense with the bags :) There is a tram stop T6 nearby, you can get 2 stops to the terminal near the Galatsky Bridge. There are 2 or 3 small supermarkets within 5 minutes, as well as several cafe/canteen-type establishments with decent food and low prices.
A small but cozy and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small kitchen where you can make yourself a snack. It is located within walking distance to the sights, there are many restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the street is dirty and noisy, and there is a railway nearby.
The hotel is good, I booked the hotel through a booking distance (although you can't use a Russian
card) and paid on the spot. I liked everything very much, the owners of the hotel are all nice, good-natured, they will show you everything you need and help. The hotel is clean, cozy, everything works. The WiFi is working fine.
There is a metro, buses, and all mosques nearby 🙌
