I purchased an Acer laptop charger on 06/11/2024. On 10.01.2025, charging began to emit short circuit sounds and a burning smell. I came to the store and asked for a replacement or refund for a low-quality product. In response, I heard "6 months warranty goodbye." Seller, study the laws or talk to a lawyer. As a general rule, the consumer has the right to make claims to the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) in respect of goods for which a warranty period has not been established, if the defect is detected within two years from the date of receipt of the goods (Part 2, paragraph 1, Article 21 of the Law on Consumer Protection). In this case, the consumer must prove that the product has defects (parts 2, 3, paragraph 12, Article 20 of the Law on Consumer Protection). I intend to hand over the goods for examination, and then to the court. The price of the question is 50p :) Well, well))) if the seller ignores the requirements of the current legislation, then I will arrange for him to audit his activities for 2000 + rubles.

This is not the first time I have applied to this service and I am satisfied. Consultation, friendly staff, everything is at the highest level.
