Not when absolutely not when, I do not recommend this institution. The tables are dirty, the waiters are clumsy, the cooks are terrible. I ordered lentil soup, they just brought yesterday's warmed up, judging by the taste, the kebab is also terrible, raw and old manirovka. If you are in for the first time in Ferghana, avoid this place.
