We stayed at this wonderful hotel in August 2024. We were very satisfied. Great location (very close to the sea and visible from the territory). The rooms are good. Cleaning according to the schedule. Polite, friendly staff. Elena is an excellent administrator. Nice kitchen with everything you need. A quiet place where you really rest your soul. Gorgeous, clean sea. Nature is gorgeous. There aren't many people. It's just a thrill. Sun beds and sun beds can be rented at the hotel. There is a canteen and a cafe nearby. And a convenience store. Nearby is a sanatorium with cafes, entertainment and a gorgeous park! Those who are looking for a relaxing vacation, away from the hustle and bustle. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

We rested at the OHana Hotel in August 2024. I liked everything very much. The sea is nearby, the purest. The rooms are large, clean, the bed is snow-white, the room is cleaned every 5 days according to the schedule, very convenient. There is no TV in the room and this is a plus, because the view from the room to the sea, dolphins and boats sailed every day, it was interesting to watch. The hotel staff is good-natured and polite, they will always tell you everything, they felt at home. There is a shared clean kitchen with everything you need, a barbecue, a gazebo for relaxing, where you can sit in coolness and silence.The village is quiet, peaceful, without unnecessary fuss and crowds of people. There is a dining room and a cafe next to the hotel. Let's go back here.

A wonderful place! Close to the sea, near an inexpensive dining room where delicious food is prepared with a varied menu, there are sun beds on site that can be taken to the sea for free, there is a cool area with low palm trees near the hotel, excellent gazebos for relaxing in the evening behind the hotel, the hotel staff is responsive, will fulfill any requests and wishes, prepare a table and solve any questions. Stable wi-fi, clean, well-maintained rooms, beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floors, and from the 1st view of the palm trees Taxi to Pitsunda, transfer from the train station and so on, all help to organize. There is a bar next to the beach. :) Super, 10/10

This is the place where you want to come back again and again. Very hospitable hosts, friendly. The atmosphere is homely, there is a relaxation area with a TV and hammocks. Lots of greenery. The purest Sea is just a stone's throw away.

We rested on August 1-6, 2024. The place is quiet, suitable for pacification or if you are by car, because there is 1 shop and 3 cafes within walking distance. A 7-minute walk along the beach is the Boxwood Grove boarding house - there is a restaurant, cafe and bar. The sea is the purest! The beach is pebbles, shoes are needed, the entrance is difficult - the pebbles are medium and large. But it's clean! - it is very unusual to lie on warm warmed pebbles and it even turned out to be pleasant! The beach is not equipped yet. There are deck chairs in the yard, but they need to be carried independently and returned back every time... There are pergolas, cool, but they need to be completed with something like a roof, an awning, otherwise the sun is frying ... The rooms are like in the photo. The view from all the rooms is gorgeous, walk to the beach in a straight line, really 1 minute. There were no interruptions in water and electricity. Air conditioning, refrigerator, everything is working properly. There is a shared kitchen in the courtyard, there is everything you need: dishes from a glass to a frying pan, stove, refrigerators, slow cooker, microwave, sink. There is also a gazebo with tables and a TV, a barbecue. The silence regime is observed on the territory, although there are many vacationers with children - after 23.00 no one makes noise. The administration and all the employees are very friendly and kind people, they tried to satisfy all our requests. They were treated to fruits from their own garden, shared information about local taxis, cafes and really their options turned out to be the best. Thank you very much for this!

I was in Abkhazia for the first time at the Ohana hotel, I really liked everything, the beach was sparsely populated, sometimes there were even some.The water is crystal clear, the dolphins swam every day.A cafe and a dining room are within walking distance and everything is delicious.Sea view from all rooms, we lived on the 3rd floor with a very gorgeous view right from the bed admiring the sea.The receptionist Elena is very polite and will answer all questions.There is a mongol zone on the territory.In general, next year we will definitely return to the same place.

We had a rest for the second year in a row, this year from August 7 to August 14. With the advent of a new administrator, Elena became better, cleaner on the territory, more well-groomed. Employee Sergey did not sit idle this year, painted the fence, mowed the grass. Last year there was a cafe on the territory, and after the restructuring, a large kitchen with all utensils, a stove, a slow cooker, kettles and several refrigerators appeared. Who does not want to leave the stove and will feel at home during their vacation. Those who do not want to cook can eat in the cafe behind the fence "Delicious place", the prices are affordable, the food is both homemade and restaurant, to order. Very tasty. The sea is 2 steps away, the sea is clean and warm, dolphins were seen regularly. Horses graze on the beach in the morning and beg for food, when you give them it, they run after you... There are no TVs and kettles in the rooms, but this is rather a plus. There is air conditioning, refrigerator. Cleaning during the stay on request, change of towels as well. The center of Pitsunda is 10 minutes away by car, Gagra is also nearby. I recommend it to everyone and I think we will come again.

We rested in this wonderful place for 6 days. If you are a lover of silence, beaches without crowds of people, the purest sea water, nature- then you will like this place. There is a lovely cozy cafe with delicious food next to the hotel. The receptionist, Elena, is a very friendly sweet girl, always ready to answer questions. The hotel has a kitchen, a veranda in the shade of a vine, a barbecue. Near the sanatorium Boxwood grove, you can go there for a walk around the territory. And you can go fishing on Lake Serpentine. Our family loved this place.

We were in Ohana from July 1 to July 9, I would like to stay longer, but the vacation is over.The place is awesome, quiet, quiet, sparsely populated beach, lie down as you want.We went for a walk to the Boxwood grove, there is a park, cafes and various sports grounds, the children were not bored...There is a kitchen where you can cook and a barbecue area, but we ate in the dining room, by the way, they cook very well there.In the evenings we sat under the gazebo watching TV, playing backgammon with the owners, there are a lot of greenery around.The rooms are nice, clean, the linen is snow-white.In a word, I RECOMMEND IT

It was not the first time we had a rest. Everything is fine, the sea is 3min.the view is gorgeous right on the sea from every floor. The pastel is snow-white. The territory is well maintained, there is a kitchen on the territory where they cook very tasty!!! The staff is polite and friendly. Special thanks to Vitaly and Sergey!!! By agreement, they were allowed to live with the dog, for which I am very grateful. The Internet works flawlessly.There are small disadvantages, but it is not critical. There is no TV in the room, but there is a large TV on the terrace.

I don't recommend it at all! There are a lot of disadvantages. The constant absence of either light or water. The air conditioner broke down, the administrators did not call the repairman. There are no dishes and no TV in the room. Fire safety is at 0, there is no emergency fire escape, but everyone smokes. The territory is not well maintained, the lawns are not mowed. Administrators spend the whole day reclining playing phone games. Do not wait for room cleaning, replacement of towels and bed linen. We were told that it is impossible to move in with animals, but less than a week has passed since the guests were settled with a dog, how so....they ruin the business.

We booked accommodation for 13 days, transferred 3,000 rubles. But upon arrival, we were disappointed that the hotel has not yet been finished and the territory has not been improved (there are dangerous areas for children). THE PHOTO IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM REALITY! The room itself was satisfactory, but confused by the stained greasy sofa.... the furniture is all specifically BU. All complaints were expressed to the administrator on the spot. The deposit in the amount of 3,000 rubles was not returned to us. We left with complete disappointment, because initially we wanted to relax in Ohana, according to correspondence, the owners were the nicest people. But expectation and reality.... I am not a conflicted person and writing negative reviews is not my thing. But in this situation it is necessary! Perhaps the owners of Ohana will take note and finish the hotel. Or my objective review will help tourists.
