We've already been on two excursions - it's very cool! Excellent organization, excellent escort Ashot - very intelligently seasoned, educated, maintaining a comfortable environment for tourists throughout the duration of the excursion trip, simultaneously with the safe movement of cars. We really liked it!

We came to Yerevan with friends in early March. We went on an excursion from this agency. Everything was fine. The most beautiful places were visited. The tour was very fun and interesting. Mako's guide turned out to be a very positive and sociable person. We went on excursions with him for two days. . We recommend this travel agency. We hope to come to Yerevan again and visit the sights of this beautiful country.

The excursion is the coolest, the organization of an excursion at altitude, the guide is Russian-speaking. The cost of the tour did not change (the entrance to the monastery and the protected area "symphony of stones" were paid on the spot. The beauties of Armenia are fascinating. I read bad reviews and I can't figure out why?
Ophelia and I went on three excursions and were satisfied with both the car and the driver Gevorg!
People, do you want to go for minimal money and what would 2 people serve you, one drove the other told you?
We are very satisfied, we will recommend it to our friends!

They are standing on 5 Ameriana Street!
We didn't get the tour!
The car broke down, we stood in the mountains for 5 hours and drove back in a broken car, which is very dangerous! No one came to help!
After we were sent in a Russian foul language, never contact these people, we paid money for the tour, but got a nervous breakdown

Присоединюсь к хорошим отзывам. Все было отлично! Ездили на тур Цахкадзор- Севан-Дилижан. Все было замечательно, водитель Артур прекрасный и знающий человек, все спокойно и четко организовал. Обед на озере Севан, попробовали знаменитую севанскую форель, на обед был презентован "Арарат" 7*. Много прекрасных фото и воспоминаний!

I went on two day trips. We visited beautiful places, but I was dissatisfied with the work of the Ophelia Tour company:
1. The main thing is that there are no excursions as such. In fact, this is a group taxi to the sights. Drivers practically do not provide information, except for very minimal information. I'm very, very sorry.
2. There are no claims according to the schedule.

We went to Tatev, we were not warned that the cable car could be closed, we went for it, there is no guide, although there should be.
The driver didn't really tell me anything.
We just got into terrible weather, barely got out of the traffic jam, skidded, and even pushed the car.
It's just awful.
And the money was not small.
I do not advise them to take excursions.

Ездила на 4 экскурсии подряд за неделю в Ереване и ни разу не пожалела ни о деньгах ни о времени , было весело и интересно , да не отрицаю водитель с группой не ходит но лично для меня было лучше гулять где мне интересно а не ходить друг за другом слушая информацию
Водитель выбирает лучшие места для фото и учитывает интересы каждого в группе
Вообщем это фирма не для скучных людей поэтому и не всем нравится

Значит это будет так. С вас возьмут деньги, причём немаленькие. Посадят в автобус. Потом пересадят в другой. Выедете вы в лучшем случае на полчаса позже. Гида не будет. Водитель ничего не знает. Просто говорит вот идите туда у вас 30 минут. Классная экскурсия. На обратной дороге вас завезут в придорожную забегаловку друга водителя очевидно, где будут без меню выяснять что будет каждый из вашей группы. А потом по приезду в город вы перекреститесь и забудете это агентство как страшный сон. Берите экскурсии в интернете у проверенных гидов. Там цена не сильно выше, но зато нормальные гиды знающие что-то о своей стране. Позорище.

Ужасная неорганизованная компания! Без гида, водитель орет , не слушает. Угрожал оставить нас в горах ночью. Из-за заездов на дегустацию и в ресторан друга по 1,5-2 часа, опоздали на канатку. Везет нас назад уже ночью. Кошмар и ад.

Разводка по-армянки. В Предыдущих 2х отзывах все точно. А еще нам продали 1 экскурсию, а по факту пришлось ехать на другую «расширенную», почти вдвое дороже по причине якобы не набралась группа. Хотя в автобусе оказалось, что эту схему использовали с половиной состава группы и реально половина автобуса развели как нас. Жаль потраченного времени

Купили самый дорогой тур в итоге посадили в такси который довозил нас по разным точкам , гид?эксукрсовод? Да что Вы если наш таксист даже не понимал по русски ,а ну и конечно же это был самый обычный старый мерседес :)))
