All the reviews do not lie: we have 3 phone numbers to contact, we get a switch to fax after a minute of dialing 2 of them, the third one simply does not answer... And this is, for a second, a government agency! What kind of impressions can there be after such an appeal? By the way, do not also try to fill out the application form for help via the Internet: you will receive an auto-reply that the application has been received, but you simply will not receive a letter about its readiness - it is probably expensive and difficult to use the Internet, and therefore the completed requests are sent by Zimbabwe post, and only Papuans know when they arrive...
